A girl with a broken past
A girl with an uncertain future
A girl who looks into the future
With a shallow hole
Hope as her eyesShe strives not to live
Only to survive
Swimming daily in the struggles of life
And drowning weakly with a late savePeople walk on the ground
But she walks on thorns and shattered glass
No friend, no definite foe
Only enemies as vast as the ocean
With hatred as deep as the ocean depths
And as strong as roots in the groundWhat has she done?
Has she done anything to deserve a life
Lived as a survival in a jungle
A disappointment for a survivalThen she is useful
So useful that she is a Jewel to possess
An object for prying eyes
An object of tension that would be passed downShe looks into the moon
The crystal moon calls her name
They say the sun is also a star
Doesn't it mean it doesn't only brighten the day but the night as well?
