Downtown LA

At Mann's Chinese theater Aldrich's henchman from earlier is meeting with another man.

"Can you regulate?" He asks.

"Yes, I can regulate." The other man assures him.

"Are you sure about that?" Savin pushes.

"Yes." He insists.

Happy, who has been following Savin, keeps an eye on them from a distance, he sees Savin giving the man a briefcase.

"It's a decent batch. Don't say I never did nothin' for you." Savin tells him.

"Thank you... I mean for understanding." The man nods as Savin walks off. Happy walks towards the him and "accidentally" bumps into him which knock the briefcase out of his hand and it falls open on the ground.

"Hey, I'm sorry, buddy." Happy apologizes and helps him put the stuff back in the suitcase, and as he looks up he notices that the man's face is glowing faintly red. Happy stands up and starts to walk off, taking a small piece of metal from the suitcase, but suddenly Savin bumps into him.

"What are you doin', buddy? You out by yourself?" Savin taunts. "A little date night? Watching your favorite chick flick maybe?"

Happy smirks. "Yeah, a little movie called "The Party's Over", starring you and your junkie girlfriend, and here's the ticket." Hogan shows him the piece of metal he took from the suitcase.

"No kidding? That doesn't belong to you." Savin goes to take the item from Happy's hand, but Happy punches him in the face twice.  Savin's face glow red exactly like the other man's had and then the cut across his nose heals. Savin grabs hold of Happy and with super strength throws him across the courtyard. As Savin walks towards Happy the other man begins to glow red all over as if he is running super hot.

"Savin! Help! Help me!" Taggert suddenly explodes, causing a massive explosion inside the theater's courtyard which projects shrapnel towards Happy.

As he lies there  injured, Happy sees Savin, also glowing red and then healing and walking off as if nothing has happened.

Something catches Happy's gaze and he slowly reaches out his hand to point at a small metal item a few feet away.

"True story about fortune cookies. They look Chinese, they sound Chinese, but they're actually an American invention. Which is why they're hollow, full of lies, and leave a bad taste in the mouth. My disciples just destroyed another cheap American knock-off, The Chinese Theater. Mr. President, I know this must be getting frustrating, but this season of terror is drawing to a close. And don't worry, the big one is coming; your graduation."  The Mandrin....

Happy is lying in a hospital bed with machines beeping slowly. Tony is sitting in the corner of the room when a nurse walks in to check on him.

"Hi." Tony speaks up from the darkness.

The nurse jumps. "Oh."

Tony stands up and waves a hand at the TV. "Uh... mind leaving that on?" He asks.

She nods. "Sure."

"Sunday night is 'Downtown Abbey'. That's his show, he thinks it's elegant." He pauses for a long moment. "One more thing... make sure everyone wears their badges. He's a stickler for that sort of thing, plus my guys won't let anyone in without them." Tony tells her as he leaves.

Outside the hospital, news reporters are all waiting for Tony. "We're awaiting the arrival of Tony Stark. We're hoping he'll give us the reaction... his reaction to the latest attack." Tony walks out of the hospital and all the reporters swarm toward him. "Mr. Stark! Mr. Stark! Our sources are telling us that this is another Mandarin attack. Anything else you can tell us?"
