"Do I really have to come?" I asked Aaron who was driving beside me. "You don't want to come? But you agreed earlier" I looked away remembering the incident. Once he went out he told Chris that I will be joining them and Chris asked Kate if she wants join. She instantly agreed when she learned I am going. I don't know where we going but Chris and Aaron told us he called Mia and Noah to come to our house. They said they will decide there what to do.

Chris said he will drive Kate so Aaron and I are in his car. He insisted on driving me so I had to leave my car in parking lot. I looked out of the window and saw sun is setting. I lowered the window glass to feel the air on my face. As the car drove light breeze passed my through making my hair to flow. I smiled in bliss feeling the air and light glow of sun. Sun turned orange and spread a ray of orange glow in the sky which looked exquisite.

"I hope you don't mind them coming unannounced" I turned my head towards Aaron when I heard him talk. "They are your friend so I don't mind" I wanted to say it is his house but for some reason I felt he wouldn't want to hear that. "They consider you as friend too. Though Chris can be crazy sometimes he is really nice" I didn't comment on his words. I don't know if I really want to make friends now. It is not that I don't like them but the thing is I am kind of tired of people. Except Kate and my family everyone who entered my life has damaged me somehow. Maybe that might be the reason I am tired of being around people or letting them close to me.

We soon reached home and got inside. I decided to take shower before others can come. I don't know where they will go so I decided to wear blue jean shorts with full sleeve woolen top. I tied my hair in to ponytail and went downstairs. By the time I went down everyone was sitting in the living room discussing about the plan.

"Hi Lyra" Mia greeted me with hug while Noah waved at me. I smiled and waved to him before looking around. Mia and Noah are cramped in one seat of sofa while Chris and Aaron sat on the one beside them. Kate is sitting on single sofa chair so I decided to sit beside Aaron. "So we were discussing where to go. Mia and Chris want to go to pub" Kate whispered to me while others argued over it. "Let's just go arcade. We can have fun playing games and bowling. It's been while we went there" Noah suggested but Mia instantly said no.

"Last time we went there on date so no" Noah pouted at her stern voice. "But this is different. We are going with our friends" Noah tried to convince her but she isn't listening. "Let's vote for it. Who is up for the pub" Mia, Chris and Kate raised their hands. "You too?" I asked her surprised. "I really need some alcohol in my system right now" I chuckled at her words. "What about you two?"

"I am ok with both" Aaron shrugged not interested in their plans. "Let's go to pub then" I have been working constantly so I think pub is better to relieve stress. I could enjoy dancing with girls and I don't mind some alcohol like Kate said. "Pub it is then" Chris and Mia high fived before jumping on the sofa. "Let's get ready then" Mia dragged me and Kate both to master bedroom without giving us chance to talk.

Mia is wearing red bodycon dress which reached her mid thighs. She might have decided before coming. "You can choose one of my dresses" I told Kate before looking through the closet to find a dress. After nearly half an hour we both found our outfits. I decided to wear black and cream sequin dress. It is backless with thin straps and body of the dress is embedded with small stones. From waist it flowed as skirt and ended above my knees. My hair is a mess so I decided to comb and tied it in pony tail.

Kate chose black skirt with black denim jacket. She decided to keep the top which she was wearing and let her hair loose. She paired it with her black heels and a clutch. Once we all felt ready we walked downstairs.

"Let's go" Chris shouted before walking outside. Aaron waited for me as I let everyone walked out. We locked house and walked towards his car. "You look stunning in this dress" Aaron whispered opening the car door for me. I blushed at his comment and looked at him. He was wearing blue jeans with black shirt which cling to his body. His hair is ruffled in a mess making him look boyish. "You look good too"

We got in without waiting in line as they are all elite members of the club. Aaron and Chris went to get us some drinks while Noah and Mia were cuddling on the couch in VIP area. I leaned on the railing of first floor and looked down at the dance floor. It was packed full with people since it is weekend. "This is really nice" Kate swayed to beat and whispered to me. "Don't get too drunk"

Last time we came to pub she drank and passed out on the dance floor. Luckily one of the guys she was dancing with helped her and called me. I am thankful he wasn't a creep but she should be careful. "Yes captain" she saluted making me roll my eyes. "Drinks are here" Chris yelled placing the tray on the table. I took a sip of my drink and cringed when alcohol hit my tongue. It took me a little while to adjust then I was fine.

"Kate, this is our song" I placed the drink on table before pulling Kate downstairs. We swayed to the music when DJ played 'Rock n Roll' by Joan Jett & the Blackhearts. We used to dance so much to this when we would hang out. I looked up and met Aaron eyes. He was leaning on the railing looking all worked up. I smirked at him remembering the trick he played on me in the office earlier. I swayed sexily looking at him. He locked his jaw in annoyance but his eyes hooded with lust. I chuckled before turning around to dance with Kate.

I felt a hot breath on my neck and familiar wooden citrus scent. I instantly know it is Aaron. "Having fun teasing me?" I shivered when his hot breath hit my ear. "I am just dancing" I said feigning ignorance. "Sure you are" he grabbed my waist and swayed us to the music. I could feel his body leaning on mine and my mind went to places it shouldn't imagining what I want to do. He turned me around slowly and looked at me darkly. Those soft loving eyes were gone and replaced with a storm. He leaned in and I closed my eyes waiting for him to kiss but I didn't feel anything. "Gotcha" he chuckled before walking away leaving me with different emotions.
