Ruffling my hairs with my hands, I brought them to my left side and started to dry it with a towel. Suddenly my eyes went to my reflection in the mirror and a smile was adoring my face. A simple plain mehndi color saree with red borders paired with a plain red blouse.

Today I feel a new glow on my face.

It may be normal and I feel it is special because I never looked at myself properly. I never thought of doing something for my beauty, all I needed was living my life with nature and my natural look. But today I feel beautiful, is it due to your love, Mr.Aarush Srivastava? I guess, yes!

Tying a loose braid of my hair and sticking a tiny black bindi in between my forehead, I smiled. Applying kajal to my eyes I looked into the mirror, kajal makes your eyes look bright and beautiful but my eyes get its compliment when it is adored by Aarush. The way he describes his love and specifically he says it's due to my eyes, I couldn't help but thank god for giving me such beautiful eyes. You made me beautiful, you made me feel so special.

Smiling at the mirror, I was about to leave my room when I heard a knock on the door. I looked at my doorstep, finding Aarush standing there. He was hiding something behind. I tilted my head to see what it was but he didn't let me see it. I raised my brows and he smiled.

He came to me still keeping his hands back. He made me turn to the mirror and smiled. I raised my brows in confusion but soon it beamed with joy. He brought his hand forward in which there was a bunch of gajra. As soon as the gajra was brought near to me, my nostrils hit with the fragrance of jasmine.

A Gajra is a flower garland that is worn by South Asian women during festive occasions, weddings, or as part of everyday traditional attire. They are made usually of varies types of jasmine flowers but rose, crossandra and barleria are also widely used in gajras.

“Can I?” He asked permission to adore my hair with gajra. I nodded my head. Taking a safety pin from me he held it between his lips and started to adjust the gajra. After getting convinced with the settlement of the gajra he secured it with the pin.

After that he stood and smiled,

“Beautiful.” I turned my head a bit to look at the gajra and smiled.
