Chapter 14: Innuendo.

Skipping to January 4th, everyone was busy preparing for the ball tomorrow evening. After finishing my hospital duties, I went straight to the office to help the staff set up. Even Yagoo was helping the staff set up. He's a cool guy, a simple CEO, I must say. Even though my body was exhausted, I still managed to help them. I just got back from a 13-hour brain surgery. The ladies were busy picking out their dresses, even A-chan and Nodoka weren't here. Every staff member helping out are men, I still don't know what to wear for tomorrow's ball too. Around 22:30 we all finished setting up, everyone headed home. I was too exhausted to drive, but I still need to. As soon as I got home, I fell asleep on the bed without changing.

Tomorrow came in a blink of an eye.

I dug out deep in my closet to see if I have a coat for the occasion, fortunately

I have a blue coat with a red necktie and a top hat.

"Damn, Lupin the third drips for tonight eh!" I thought to myself.

As I mentally prepare myself for tonight, I even bought a pack of condoms just to be safe.

I checked up on the Devil Z, to see if it had any problems. Good thing it is in peak condition for tonight. As soon as I finished cleaning the Devil Z, I grabbed my phone to see I had 70+ messages, from Aki, Bae, Azki, Sora, Shion, Kiara, and some other members as well. They were asking me if I would go later and if I am looking forward to it. So I answered them honestly, saying I will go later and was looking forward to dancing with each one of them. I was somewhat nervous as well.

This is the first time in a while I will attend a formal ball,

I was anxious if I would look good in my suit.

The event will start at exactly 19:00 in the evening. Bae, Aki, Azki, and Sora were still messaging me. Asking me what dress they should wear. I said to them to wear whatever they feel comfortable and where they feel they're really beautiful wearing it.

At 16:00 in the afternoon,

I headed to the office for the event. As I parked my car, it was quiet in the building.

It seems like people are really looking forward to this event.

I left my suit in the car, and headed to the clinic to fix some stuff there, after fixing some stuff. I left the office and went off for a short drive, along the Wangan Highway then returned back to the office an hour later.

It was 18:25 when I returned, people were starting to arrive.

I left the top hat at home, I feel like it doesn't suit me.

I put on my suit and instead of the red necktie I wore a red bow tie.

When I headed into the Venue,

I was greeted by Irys,

"Hi Satoru, You look really good in your suit." She said,

"Thanks, Irys! Well you do look really cute in your dress.." I said to her, she blushed.

She was wearing a beautiful dark blue dress while her hair was braided. updo

"Thanks, Satoru. The others are waiting for you." She said, as I followed her.

She held my hand as I followed her,

"Your hairstyle really suits you Irys." I said to her,

"Well Thank you Satoru...You know it took me an hour to do this." She said to me, as we arrived where the English members were.
