Genshin oneshots~ PART 3

Guns n' Roses [Navia x Clorinde]

Note: Modern/Realistic AU! Kinda fluff kinda smut. I skimmed over it briefly, so I'm sorry if there are any mistakes/parts that don't make sense! (6603 words!)

Navia POV: 

The engine revs up as the car rumbles to life, "ready to go?" Clorinde asks as I turn my body just enough to wave back at the crowd who were spilling out from the venue just to catch the last glimpse of us before we disappear down the road. A light and happy feeling filled my chest as I sink back down into the seat, it still feels so... surreal. "Yes, I can't believe we're married now!" I say as a small smile spreads across Clorinde's face, "yes we're married now... fully committed to one another" the wind picks up my veil and lets it fly in the wind as the car makes a turn. Soon, the car pulls up at the large and spacious house down the shared driveway, the two of us designed it ourselves. It took just over 1 and a half years for the house to be built since there were many disruptions along the way, but there was always a solution! Clorinde gets out from the driver seat and makes her way to the other side of the car, "my lady" she offers me her hand. "How kind!" I chuckled as I slipped my hand in hers, the two of us headed inside our cosy abode with a refreshed feeling wrapped around us. This is a new chapter of our lives, and I'm so excited to see what comes next! 

Clorinde POV: 

"So darling..." I say as the front door shuts with a soft thunk, "where do you want to go for our honeymoon?" Navia's eyes lit up at my words as she wrapped her arms around my waist. "I actually don't mind! As long as I have you with me, oh... and as long as it's romantic of course~" I press my forehead against hers as her long eyelashes tickle my face, "then... Italy? Paris?" I suggest as my fingers trace lazy circles on her back. "Too cliche..." she pulls a face, "how about Japan? The cherry blossoms are blooming right about now... wouldn't that be romantic? We could sit in the park and participate in the hanami (flower viewing)!" my grip on her waist loosens, "then that settles it... shall we get planning?" Navia nods enthusiastically as her soft lips make contact with my jaw. A sigh of contentment escapes my lips, I've personally never been to Japan before... but I'm willing to experience something new with my ride or die. 

About 10 minutes later, the two of us changed into some more comfortable clothing. "Oh man... I didn't think wedding attire would be so uncomfortable" Navia stretches her back as I typed in the password to my laptop, the sound of the keys tapping gently fills the air. "Really? I thought it was fine" I responded, "that's because you were wearing a suit sweetheart..." she rolls her eyes. It was true though... I wore a suit that was specially fitted for me, it hugged my curves in all the right ways as I stood at the altar, waiting for Navia to walk down the aisle in her extravagant wedding dress. I wasn't a big fan of dresses as they always seem to get in the way of walking, besides I don't want to experience a Marilyn Monroe moment. Navia hovers above me as I started looking at tickets for two to Tokyo, "hm... isn't it funny how it's $5,107 for two on this day only? Every other day is just shy of $8,000" I commented as I clicked on the cheapest date, "I suppose it's the universe telling us which day to pick then!" Navia rests her chin on top of my head as I started filling in the details. "We'll be gone for three weeks, we can spend two days in Tokyo then touch base at Osaka, Nara, Yokohama, Kobe, Kyoto and Hokkaido to gain the full experience" I watch Navia note it down. "Will we have time for all of this though?" she asks as I pulled out my credit card, "I'm pretty sure it is possible... we can reside in Osaka for 7 days and during those days we can take the train to Nara and Kobe for a day trip... then we can take the train to Kyoto and reside there for 5 days which we can take the train for around 2 hours to Yokohama for a day trip then we can fly to Hokkaido to spend our last week in the snow" I concluded as I double checked the details. "I didn't know you knew so much about Japan" Navia finishes jotting down the basic route, "so are we happy with these dates?" I turned towards her as her eyes skimmed across my laptop screen. "Yeah, lets do it!" I clicked the 'confirm' icon and printed out our e-tickets which we will have to present on the day. "Oh I'm so excited! But it's still 3 weeks away..." she pouts as I bit her cheek, "h-hey!" she protests but doesn't pull away. "Mhhh... chu~" I kiss the red mark on her cheek as a blush tints her pale skin.
