-Avery Hanlin-
It had been a few months. Rough and tiring months but they were calm.
The situation with Natasha was still alive but more lax. She was talking chill with them. Them being her dealer was messy business.
She had nothing to lose. Health was far from perfect.. loss wise.. Minus Celine. And maybe three more things.
"You have looked worse for wear."
Natashas .. general appearance currently was very ragged. But they maintained a peace.
Mainly for her.
"I have felt worse than this. More bothered about this dingy alleyway." Their expression was lacking much but they registered the comment.
It took them a minute to relight another cigarette before talking. "I'd protect you anyways it's fine. Don't worry."
That didn't mean that much. In hindsight anyways.
She got a hug after that comment provided she seeming worried for her life... Although she had been in it atleast ten times before. It was a long walk.
They started walking." You will get to the dorms okay?"
It was said in some faux...tone. she didn't entirely love it. "IL get there fine."
The alley eventually led to light.
...
-At Dorms- ... Two hours later.
Celine was in and vaguely aware .half unaware..it was okay. They didn't know she was dying.
Just the basics.
"Can't believe your doing drugs. You could have told me." Celine sat next to her on the couch.
"I barely do them. Just once every so often." Ruby was also around theirs raiding the fridge.
"You aren't dying right? It's just a health precaution?" Celine looked concerned.
"No way I'm completely fine regardless of the whole pill situation." They hugged her..
"That's good I don't know what is do without you." She didn't move for the next couple minutes. They didn't either though.
"Avery we are out of soda. I need that to study." Ruby sat on the couch opposite where she was.
"IL remember that."
Their was a knock on the door. A loud one. She got up.
It was Yvonne. They looked unhappy.
"Avery are you or are you not dying."
Are you kidding not this again. Liana said something...i mean...uhh
"What answer do you prefer Yvonne. It's a horrible time right now."
They were also dealing with a loss. More a dead body.
"Avery I know you aren't generally open about this stuff but if it's killing you there's a problem." Yvonne seemed very serious and wasn't going away.
She didn't think to long about for long. "Yvonne it's for my health. Nothing crazy, why believe anything Liana says anyways."
They still looked very bothered. "She ment it. I can tell she rarely looks worried. Ask how do you know it was Liana."
"You know what she's like. Why don't you believe me." Although her friendship with Lee was forming not the point they were a problem right now...there was a dead body on the counter. And they would recognise them.
