You were an Octrain Soldier in Octo Canyon. You're mission was to watch over the 'superstar' Callie from Inkopolis. You were informed from your head boss, DJ Octavio, that she wanted to join for some odd reason. Through because you suspected her to be apart of the squidbeak of Splatoon you decided to keep a extraaa close eye on her. Because of that you both got very close. Soon enough an Inkling with yellow ink, also known as Agent four, came to 'rescue' Callie. With Marie and the Calamari Inkantaion they won.
Through, that music weirdly sparked something in you. Soon enough, months later, one of other soldiers you worked by escaped with a said Inkling and Octoling from Inkopolis. Because of that more Octolings left Octo Canyon to go see the 'real word' and so did you.
It's been a couple years since you left Octo Canyon, and now you were living in Splatsville with some old friends you would work with in the Octrain Army. Because this was going to be the last Splatfest, you and you're friends decided to go to what they called the 'Grand Festival.' You were sitting by a table, staring down at your weapon in your own thoughts when you heard talking from the SeaShell Stage, you decided to look up and see who was on stage going to perform.
"Hey! How are you guys feeling tonight?"
The Inkling with grayish tentacles and green tips say as she waved off to the crowd with one hand.
"I'm so excited you all made it!"
The other inkling but with black tentacles and pink tips say, jumping up while waving over excited. You were confused. Who were these two? And why do you recognize the one who is too excited?
You stared at the two Inklings in odd confusion before your friends asked you to join them in a turf war. So you got up and followed but did take a glance behind you at the two Inklings. After a couple battles you and you're team decided to do another one. You were playing for team past, mostly because your friends were on it. You loaded up and as the time ticked- Your team was winning!
"Thheee- Squid Sisters! Team past!!"
You heard the speaker shout. You didn't bother listening though, since you were too focused on the battle. Above there was more shouting. Or more like cheering. When the time was over you glanced up just to see those two squids. You saw them both waving at your teammates while they finished singing they're mini solos. You were going to look away before you made eye contact with the one with black tentacles. You were confused before everything hit you like a truck.
"Callie?"
You thought out loud, and before you know it here you are- Hanging out with your old 'friend' as you both just chatted about life. It's been a couple months since you both had a reunion at the Grand Festival but I think it was worth it.
