Chapter 22: The dad's secret

(Dragoon here! Soooooo like that cliff hanger? I couldn't leave it like that so I did up this chapter right after it. Aren't I a nice author? Hahaha oh well I was still gonna update even if I wasn't so enjoy the newest chapter!)

To say I was shocked would be an understatement. I stood there watching Maxie look at Try with concern. I never knew they had kids!

"Dragoon? You still with us, you crazy nut?" Dude asked waving a hand infront of my face. I nodded and was about to ask a question but I was beat by Archie.

"Dude what the hell?! Why would we punish you two? It doesn't make sense. Why would you run away. Who is she?! Before anything gets said, Maxie and I knew you two were friends before you guys left. I know you wanted to keep it a secret from us but you didn't have to." Archie said his hand resting on Dude's shoulder. Dude looked like he was about to cry blubbering, not making sense.

"Ok to answer for my incoherent boyfriend I will answer your questions dad and Archie. We don't know. We told you then left so in case you were against us we didn't get beaten. SHE is one of our best friends. We travel Johto together and are helping her on her goal to become the worlds best dragon tamer. And last but not least WHAT?!?!?!?! If you guys knew then why didn't you tell us? If your wondering Dude and I started dating in Johto so it's been a month now." Try answered for Dude. Maxie looked floored.

"Trystan! That's no way to talk to him like that!" Archie barked. Now it was Try's turn to look floored.

"But you two hate each other! Why are you telling me not yo speak like that to your nemesis?" Try arched an eyebrow before looking at dude who had the same expression on his face as Try did.

"You think we should tell them?" Archie asked, gaining a nod from Maxie.

"Kids sit down we have something yo tell you. It will solve some questions. Ok way before both of you were born or even thought of Archie and I were working on the same team to help save pokemon. I met Archie there and actually fell in love with him. We dated for years and the thought of kids popped up. We talked it over and thought of adopting but we didn't find anyone that caught our eye. We were gonna get married later in that year but one night at a party we were talking to two of our female friends about wanting a child. Somehow they thought it would be a good idea to drug and rape us. The results were we got them pregnant and as the fathers we must bear responsibility for the unborn children. We had to get married before the children were born to the women. Trust me it was the hardest thing to do. I loved Archie and didn't want to be away from him. So we made a pact. One day we would get together again. That's one of the reasons why I left your mother, taking you with me when you were 5 . I didn't love her besides, she was cheating on me with every guy she could find. When you boys disappeared I panicked. I thought you would be over at Dude's house so I went over to Archie's and found out right after Dude was born his mother died. Complications in Labor I heard. Anyways we started to look for you two and it turns out that we still love each other. I'm still the lead if Magma and he's still the leader of Aqua as we have different goals but that doesn't mean we hate each other. So please don't stop us." Maxie answered, took Archie's hand and dragged him away. I swear I'm gonna be thrown in a ArchieXMaxie fanfic soon. I can just feel it. I sighed and gave the parts to the guy, he rejoiced and left.

"Gon?" Sala squeaked at me confused. I shook my head and lead us over to the large crowd around the contest hall. Some chick stood outside the hall talking about contests. I sighed but pulled away from the crowed when the chick called me out and had me go into the circle. I flushed in embarrassment but continued to go. Actually pushed by my two so called best friends, Dude and Try. I stood beside her, infront of camera people and reporters. I will kill them later in their sleep if something happens here.
