The Great Pokemon Adventure!

Chapter 17: First Legendary capture!

That night Dactyl got me close to the beach and into a battle frontier.... Ummm ok. There were many people around sleeping on either in tents or in sleeping bags littering the ground. I fell asleep leaning against Charz with the rest of my pokemon surrounding me.

A sudden whimper from Tar woke me up with a start. I groaned from the pain and looked around. Standing not even 5 feet away was Suicune. It just stood there, staring at me. I kept an eye on it as it looked me over before deciding to walk forwards, closing the gap between us. It stepped over the sleeping bodies as it neared me. Once it had reached me, it reached out it's nose and sniffed me. I winced in pain because it's nose touched my wounds. It brought it's head back and tilted it to one side as if confused.

"I was injured protecting my Pokémon and this guys own Pokémon. I now have the only remaining Pokémon that he had, the Amphoros. When we were at the burned tower when you first saw me and the rest of my group Entei healed Charz and Amp. I was on my Aerodacyl's back when we were there remember?" I asked close to a whisper. Suicune looked deep in thought for a moment before nodding. It then took one of it's ribbon like tails and traced over all the bandages with care before looking over at the sleeping Pokémon I had with me. It roared as a water bubble enveloped me and glowed white. I felt my whole body tingle and my body glowed white too. After I was done glowing the water bubble disappeared and Suicune ran it's ribbon-like tail over the bandages and it didn't hurt at all! I looked at the bandages and took them off and found that there was a scar from where the knife was but everything else was fine. I thanked the beast as it nodded and left. I fell back asleep soon after.

I woke up as Free landed on my head. I looked at the pokeball Red gave me containing Gyara. I decided I didn't need it anymore as I was healed and could fly on Charz while Dactyl carried the rest (minus Free and Tar of course). I stood up much to my pokemon surprise. I stretched and looked at them giving them a 'what?' look.

"Free I need you to send this back to Red using Psychic ok?" I asked Free who nodded in response and his eyes glowed purple and I watched the pokeball float away back to the light house where the boys waited for my return.

"It's like old times, hey boys? No annoying boys that you want to kill with us it's just us." I asked Charz, Free and Dactyl after Free returned. They nodded much to the other's confusion. I climbed on Charz's back while Free and Tar got comfy on me waiting for Umbro and Gater to get on Dactyl.

Once we took off I looked back at Dactyl to see how he was fairing. Umbro had wrapped his paws around his neck as tight as he could and Gater pretty much did the same. I laughed until I noticed boats, lots of them going towards an island. I shrugged it off and continued on our way.

It didn't take long to get to Cainwood City. Once there I got off Charz and made my way to a cave connecting the City to somewhere. Along the way I ran across trainers. In the middle of a battle Gater started to glow and shake. When the glowing subsided, Gater was a Feraligatr. The scar was still around his muzzle though. I called him back and sent out Tar to finish the person. At the end of the battle Tar began to shake and glow. At the end he was grey and in shape of a pupa. I checked the pokedex and it said it was a Pupitar. I was happy 'cause two of my pokemon evolved. Tar looked at me while it floated confused until Gater, Umbro and the rest went to check it out. After that was done we continued on.
A little while later I came across a safari zone. I didn't go in but flew back on Charz. Tar was too heavy to carry and so was Gater and Tar were too heavy to carry for Charz or Dactyl to carry so I put them in their pokeballs. Charz and Dactyl flew back to Cainwood and I got off once we got back. I challenged the gym. The leader was a man named Chuck and he was a bit chubby with Poliwrath and Primeape. Gater took him down as he had fighting types and I wasn't gonna risk Tar or Umbro as they both had a disadvantage against him and Kingdra was still overpowered for him.
