Glimmer, the tribute from District 1 in the 74th Hunger Games, was the sister of Gloss and Cashmere. The only reason she volunteered was because she was the youngest of the three, and both her siblings were already victors. Glimmer wanted to claim herself worthy of her family. When Gloss saw his sister killed by Katniss Everdeen, part of his heart faded away. The light and fun side. Glimmer had made everything better, and now she was gone. He swore he would get revenge on Katniss Everdeen, girl on fire, by killing her and her loved ones because she killed what mattered to him the most. For the 75th Hunger Games, Gloss volunteered as tribute. He killed Peeta by drowning him when they were wresting in the water. He planned to kill Katniss too, but with Finnick around he couldn't get too close. The arena exploded and he wasn't dead, but was wounded badly. The Capitol picked him up in a hovercraft. Gloss was on their side and he went to District 13 as a spy. When Katniss went to the capture President Snow he pretended to be an official and sent Prim to the Capitol where she died in the bombings. Before Prim died he returned to the Capitol as a peacekeeper and captured Gale, but Gale outsmarted him and shot him before he could
complete his mission.
