Stone grated the end of the stick against the brick wall.
"Okay, again, what is 1 + 1..?"
"15!"
"No Skipp. Like I said before, your enthusiasm won't give you any extra credit."
"Aw :("
"...I don't get."
"Vinnie, you'll never get it if you can't pay attention."
"But the beeeeeeeans are so preeeeeeeeeetty"
"..."
"The beans are really pretty Stone,"
"Skipp, do not agree with her right now."
"But I'm really hungry too... :c"
"...As soon as you get this we'll eat."
"...Fine."
"Now. What. Is. 1 + 1."
"..."
"..."
"...uuuuughhHAHHHHHh. Okay okay okay. Don't cry Stone."
Stone held out the can of beans.
"If I have 1 can of beans, and I add 1 more, ...how many cans of beans do I have..?"
"...ohhhHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" (in unison)
"yeah, yeah, yeah! What is it! Tell me! Come on!"
"..."

"...15."
(Stone deep inhale)
"No."
