In Outworld, inside the temple, Y/N stands with Jade, Kitana, Mileena, both past Kitana and Jade Raiden and Kotal along with the heroes of 616.
Kotal: The Tarkatans, long extinct, have also returned.
Raiden: Shao Kahn will seek them out. He relies on their power.
Jade: Kotal's scouts tracked a Tarkatan war party to the Kytinn's Lost Hive, D'Vorah's ancestral home. Her hand in Shao Kahn's escape makes that our starting point.
Raiden: Please advise me of what you learn. I must consult with the Elder Gods.
He lifts his hand into the air and teleports away with a flash of lightning.
Y/N: If I had a nickle for everytime Raiden had consulted with the Elder Gods.
Steve and the earth-616 heroes walks down the steps of the temple.
Steve: When do we leave?
Y/N: We? Who the fuck is we? There ain't no we, Steve. Not anymore. You all are going to stay behind and not do nothing stupid.
Y/N turns to both past and presnt Kitana.
Y/N: I need you both to enlist Queen Sheeva. Her support is critical, against both Kronika and Shao Kahn.
Carol: Why don't you speak with her?
Kotal: Queen Sheeva does not trust him. No Shokan has since my bloody battle with Goro.
Y/N looked away remembering that battle clearly. It was a full out war between the two. Goro told Y/N that Shao Kahn would never have allowed him on the throne. Y/N points out that Goro would be willing to serve a deranged men like Rain, but Goro tells Y/N that Shokan tradition forbids subservience and declares his people live to conquer as he attacks. They then fought. A wounded Y/N struggles to get up while Goro attacks further, telling Y/N the only reason he didn't kill the Earthrealmers ages ago was because of the tournament. He then threw Y/N to the ground as Y/N saw the Outworld Kamidogu as he grabbed he was possessed by it. Y/N, filled with rage, killed Goro as he was fully corrupted at that point. The only reason he snapped out of it was his children's voice.
Past Jade: Sheeva's always respected your opinion more than anyone's. When she hears you support Kotal, she'll join us.
Past Kitana: If that is my duty, so be it.
Y/N: Thank you, Kitana. Kotal you will be going with Jade and Mileena to find D'Vorah and do not kill any Tarkatans.
Jade: What about you, beloved?
Y/N: I'm going to try and track down Shao Kahn before he can speak to the Tarkatans.
Kotal nods and walks up the steps of the temple and takes his leave joined by past Kitana, past Jade as Y/N leaves with Franklin and Valeria. Y/N's wives were about to leave as well until Felicia speaks up.
Felicia: How did you gain Y/N love?
Y/N's wives turns to Y/N's exes.
Mileena: So, it is jealousy then.
Kitana: If you wish to know, we done nothing but give love and trust to the man.
Jade: And we did not abandon him at the altar.
Carol: he told you?
Kitana: He told us everything. And to say we are mad would be an understatement.
They go to leave but Mileena turns.
Mileena: And one more thing.
Mileena takes off her mask revealing Tarkatan teeth, freaking the 616 heroes out.
