Chapter 43: Battle for the Multiverse

In Kronika's Keep, Iron Man comes crashing to the ground, defeated. He groans as he sees Onaga has nearly defeated most of the heroes while Y/N is currently fighting Onaga, but Onaga blasts him backwards. Raiden takes this time to shoot a lightning blast at Onaga. He misses, and Onaga shoots him back with a blast of his own. Raiden falls to the floor. Onaga walks up to Y/N and grabs him by the neck. Y/N charges up lightning and zaps his head, trying to free himself but it has little effect as Onaga pushed his arm aside.

Onaga: And I was told you were powerful, imagine my disappointment.

Y/N: I defeated you once and I will gladly do it again.

Onaga growls in anger and throws Y/N to the ground.

Y/N: If you do this, the One Being will return, the very threat that the Elder Gods have tried so hard to stop and the One being will kill us all! I cannot allow that!

Onaga laughs as he stalks toward Spider-Man and picks him up.

Onaga: I don't care about the One Being.

He methodically pounds Y/N across the face several times and throws him across the Keep. Y/N struggles to pull himself up. He then sees the Hourglass as Onaga stands over him.

Onaga: I have won.

Y/N: Not if I take it from you...

Y/N turns to the Hourglass and begins to manipulate it as a massive Sandstorm overtakes Onaga and he is sent away.

Raiden: Where did you send him?

Y/N: I don't know. It was random but my guess universe 616.

Silk: Then we need to go back and defend New York.

Raiden: Then that is where we must go. We all know what is at stake. If we fail, none of us will survive.

Kitana: Then we shall go to Y/N's old universe.

Y/N uses the Hourglass to open a portal and everyone walks through it. In New York, Otto Octavius has arrived at a wall that is protecting Queens. He turns and sees his army he had gathered. Most of them New York based villains, with HYDRA reinforcing them. But this group was special, one that had consistently outwitted and stalemated the Avengers and the Fantastic Four.

Otto: My friends, this is our first stop in our journey. Justice is something our city sorely lacks. We will give New York back it's justice, it's hope and peace under our watch!

The group cheered, listening to the Superior Spider-Man's rousing words.

Otto: Norman Osborn has been the scourge of this city for too long, we have felt the damage he has done to us. And now, the pour souls who hide behind these walls have been manipulated by him, believing that we are an evil that needs to be defended against. No, my friends, we are not! We are justice! We are truth! And we will take this island, so that Norman Osborn may never threaten the good people of Queens ever again! Now, my friends, let's save these poor souls together.

Electro, now glowing blue with a new upgrade in is powers, stepped forward towards the wall, his arms glowing blue. Before he could do anything, a portal opens.

Y/N: Cease, Octavius! Before you doom us all.

Everyone turns around. Out of the portal walks the God of the Web and Life, Y/N L/N. He strides toward the Otto, who stops and looks at him in surprise as the villains looked at him surprised.

Otto: Y/N L/N?

Y/N: Octavius. It's been a while.

Otto: Your alive?
