3 Years Later...

In Earth 616, crime has dropped to an all-time low after Silk took up the mantle as she was Y/N's protege while the other heroes begin to recover as Tony and Reed upgraded his security system. The Stark Relief Foundation to donate $500,000 to the Salvation Army's efforts on building new homes for those who lose their homes.

Meanwhile in the Mortal Kombat universe, many years have passed and Y/N made his wives demi-god's as well as the four of them became the Keepers of Time. The first thing he did when he became the Keeper of Time was revive Sonya Blade, Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Kabal, Stryker, Nightwolf, restore Bi-Han to his normal self, brought back Hanzo's family and clan and brought back Sindel but realized she was evil, He then saw how it happened.

Realizing she might lose her throne, Sindel betrays her husband King Jerrod and murders him in order to maintain her privilege. Becoming Shao Kahn's wife and Empress of Outworld, she claims to the Edenians that her marriage to Kahn is against her will. Kahn adopts the then-infant Kitana who wanted to kill her, but Sindel in her "panic" convinced him that her daughter was "worthy of living", and so he had no choice but to spare her to please his new empress and rules with Sindel until she is secretly killed by Quan Chi. Quan Chi kills Sindel knowing that she will not obey and can be a great threat to Shinnok and Netherrealm. Quan Chi claims that Sindel has died by suicide, and that in so doing she has betrayed Shao Kahn and created a magical ward over Earthrealm, preventing Kahn from invading it. In reality, after Sindel's death, Quan Chi himself created a magical ward for Earthrealm in order to use this to complete the plan to eliminate Shao Kahn. Y/N then decided to change that and alter her mind.

In this altered version, her kingdom was invaded by Shao Kahn, and she was forced to watch as her husband King Jerrod was killed, her people enslaved, herself becoming Kahn's wife through a forced wedding, and her daughter with Jerrod, Kitana, was adopted by Kahn as his own daughter shortly thereafter. This proved too much for her as a mother, wife, and queen, and soon after the invasion, she committed suicide to escape what she believed was eternal subservience to her new husband, but Kahn wouldn't let his new Queen go so easily and held her soul in Outworld by an unknown means, stopping her transition to the afterlife. Soon after, Sindel is resurrected in the present by Quan Chi, who binds her mind to his will. Her resurrection causes the ward over Earthrealm to dissipate, allowing Shao Kahn to proceed with new plans. After Motaro is killed by Raiden, Shao Kahn takes the souls from Shang Tsung's body, killing him in the process and grants his Empress the power needed to defeat her enemies. With her power boosted by Shang Tsung's souls, Sindel leads the Lin Kuei cyborgs, including Cyrax and Sektor, in an attack on the Earthrealm warriors. While the cyborgs are all defeated, Sindel attacks and kills almost all of the Earthrealm warriors single-handedly, fatally wounding her own daughter, Kitana. She then ignores her daughter's pleas before draining her soul. She is then challenged by Nightwolf, who sacrifices his life to destroy her.

Meanwhile, Frost became the new grandmaster of the Lin Kuei and along aside her husband, Franklin helped her as he resides in the Lin Kuei temple with his wife.

Valeria, on the other hand married Takeda after he returned with his father, Kenshi who both went to find Daegon and kill him for what he did to Takeda's mother, which the succeeded in doing and the two climbed the ranks of the Special Forces as a revived Sonya Blade retired as Y/N also revived Jax's wife for him.

Y/N never told his wives about Sindel and wanted them to be happy. Sindel accepted Y/N as her son-in-law and Mileena as her own daughter but Y/N had one last thing to do as he turns to the Hourglass...

In Earth 616, Wanda is looking out of Genosha seeing the mutants when suddenly an earthquake begins to erupt around Genosha as all the mutants in Genosha begin to be affected along with Magneto, Pietro and Wanda at the same time in Symkarian all the citizens are also being affected by the earthquake. In the Mortal Kombat universe, Y/N manipulates the sands in the hourglass through the magic generated from his hands. The sand in the glass begins to flow upward as the sands separate. Simultaneously in Genosha and Symkarian a massive white light surrounds everything and everyone.
