double Sophie cause I wanna
Like, follow and commentThe next morning, the light streamed through the windows, casting a warm glow over the room. Sophie stirred, her eyes fluttering open to find herself in Keefe's arms, her head on his chest.
Her heart skipped a beat as she took in the reality of the situation. She was in Keefe Sencen's bed, wearing his oversized shirt, and she had never felt more content in her life. She could feel his steady heartbeat under her ear, and she didn't want to move, didn't want to break the spell of the moment.
But as the sun grew brighter, she knew they couldn't stay there forever. She gently extricated herself from his embrace, noticing the way his eyes fluttered open, a lazy smile spreading across his face. "Good morning," he murmured, his voice thick with sleep.
Sophie couldn't help but return his smile. "Morning," she said softly, sitting up. She looked around the room, feeling the reality of their situation settle over her like a warm blanket. "I should probably get ready to go. I have this interview my dads making me do with some mystery guest."
Keefe sat up with a yawn, stretching his arms above his head. "Alright," he said, his voice still a bit rough from sleep. "I actually have one with a mystery guest too."
Sophie's eyes widened. "Really? Imagine we're each others guests."
Keefe's smile grew mischievous. "Now wouldn't that be something?" He sat up, running a hand through his messy hair. "But seriously, who's your mystery guest?"
Sophie shrugged, "A mystery."
Keefe's eyes narrowed playfully. "You're keeping secrets from me already?"
Sophie giggled, the sound music to his ears. "Well, it's not exactly a secret. My dad just hasn't told me who it is."
Keefe leaned back against the headboard, his arms folded behind his head. "I bet it's someone boring," he teased.
Sophie rolled her eyes, but couldn't help the excitement that bubbled up inside her. "It's probably some old business partner of his, and I shoudl be on my way if I want to get ready on time." she said, trying to sound indifferent.
Keefe nodded, his smile fading slightly. "Yeah, you should go meet some super boring dude." He sat up, reaching for her hand. "We should do this again soon."
Sophie felt a thrill run through her as she looked into his eyes. "I would love to hang out with my new boyfriend," the word new on her tongue.
Keefe's eyes lit up with joy and he leaned in for a quick kiss. "I'll call you after your interview," he said, his voice filled with promise.
Sophie nodded, her heart racing. "Okay," she murmured.
......
Sophie didn't exactly feel like getting way to dressed up for the interview but didn't want to be labeled as sloppy so she wore a button up with some black pants and heels.
As she arrived at the interview location, her heart was racing. Who could the mystery guest be? It couldn't be anyone too important, or her dad would have given her a heads up, right? She took a deep breath and pushed open the door to the small studio her dad had rented for the day. She did assume it was for somebody her age as the studio was based around young celebrities or celebrity kids.
The host, a friendly woman named Ms. Castellanos, was setting up the stage with a bright smile. "Sophie!" she called out, waving her over. "You look lovely," Ms. Castellanos said, "Your father said you've been keeping busy. I'm sure our mystery guest will be thrilled to meet you."
