- you honestly can't wait for the day he becomes one of those stereotypical airport dads because he really was thriving on your trip to the airport. however, this had its pros and cons for you, starting off with the biggest con- your sleep being cut short
- chan made you get up at the ass crack of dawn so that he could be at the airport at least 4 hours before your flight, if not earlier. this also earned him a swing across the face with your pillow, which was well deserved since he should know by now that you're not a morning person
- after finally getting a very grumpy you to the airport, you managed to wake up a bit more and dropped the attitude you had with him purely because he woke you up so early, which meant you could enjoy the beginning of your vacation together a bit more
- as you were waiting in the queue to check in your baggage, still sleepy, you felt chan put his hands on your shoulder and gently pull you back, letting you lean your whole body weight on his chest so you could attempt to rest a little bit longer since he knew how much you hated waking up so early. as you leaned back into him and shut your eyes for a moment, he couldn't help but let out a soft chuckle at how comfy you looked, it was adorable. he was carrying all your bags, holding onto the massive suitcase AND still letting you rest on him, the things he would do for you are crazy
- yeah...if it was another couple in the airport you'd be fake gagging and telling them to get a room but it was YOU and it was finally YOUR turn so it was okay. he had his arms around you pretty much everywhere the two of you walked and it was mushy and sappy, but you couldn't complain the slightest bit
- that was until he made you speed walk to your gate, which was still shut.
"chan, baby... I've been sitting in this terminal for a while now and I have two more hours until my flight boards.'' you sighed, looking at him with a soft smile. ''you really couldn't have let me sleep those extra forty minutes, huh?''
'' you can rest now, so how about I buy us a lounge, huh? would you like that?'' he asked, slowly pulling out his credit card to wave it at you with a grin
''yes yes yes!''
- waking up those forty minutes earlier ended up being so worth it because nothing could possibly compare to those amazing free massages the lounge your fiance bought for the two of you offered, it was like you were in heaven
- you ended up having a bit of a nap to catch up for your lost sleep and when you came back, chan was waiting for you with a huge smile on his face and a box of your favourite breakfast from your favourite cafe that he came across whilst snooping through the airport
''eat up love, we have a long flight ahead of us soon'' he spoke softly, enjoying the little moment where he took care of you, it was in his nature to always want to nurture you
