The following Monday, Delailey was daydreaming about how the weekend had been way too short, she had to get a ride from Allison that morning as her car was being fixed.

Derek had told her there was something wrong with it and he would fix it, he was in a particularly sour mood but that was unsurprising considering he had spent most of the weekend in jail due to Scott and Stiles' actions, both of whom he was still very pissed at.

Delainey soon smelt blood and followed it until she had found a school bus which had a large amount of blood pouring from the back door, which was hanging halfway off the frame.

She overheard Scott and Stiles who were stood nearby, "I don't know. I just woke up. And I was sweating like crazy and I couldn't breathe. I've never had a dream where I woke up like that before".

"Really? I have, usually ends a little differently".

"A, I meant I've never had a dream that felt that real, and B, never give me that much detail about you in bed again". She decided to stop listening and look for Lydia. However she got distracted by the hot lacrosse player she had seen a while ago, he was stood by his locker taking out his books when she approached him.

"Hey Isaac, I'm...", she said but was interrupted, "Delainey Shaw", he said shyly. She smiled but when he turned his head she saw a bruise on his cheek, "That looks sore, you okay?", she pointed to his cheek careful not to touch it. Isaac tensed up and his heart rate increased, "Yeah, yeah it was just from lacrosse", it was obviously a lie but Delainey didn't want to make him uncomfortable so she pretended to believe him.

"You've got chemistry next right?", she asked him, "Yeah", "Okay save me a seat then, see ya", she smiled brightly at him and sauntered off to go to her own locker but Isaac followed, "How about I walk you, we are going to the same place?", he offered giving her a sweet smile. "I'd love that", she told him.

Delainey and Isaac soon made their way to Chemistry with Mr Harris, Del was already dreading this, she knew she would most certainly get a detention.

They sat next to each other at a desk in the back and they made small talk throughout the lesson. But the girl was thrown off by how loudly Scott and Stiles were 'whispering' to one another. "Maybe it was my blood on the door", Scott said turning to face Stiles. "Could have been animal blood, you know, maybe you caught a rabbit or something", Stiles suggested.

"And did what?". "Ate it?". "Raw?".

"No you stopped to bake it in your little werewolf oven", Stiles said sarcastically, this made Delainey chuckle, she had it admit Stiles, who she had recently learned was not called Miles, was excellent comedic relief. "I don't know, you're the one who can't remember anything".

"Mr Stilinski, if that's your idea of a hushed whisper, you might want to pull the headphones out every once in a while", Mr Harris spoke up and Stiles scoffed, "I think you and Mr McCall would benefit from a little distance, yes?", the teacher continued.

The boys were forced to move apart, "Let me know if the separation anxiety gets to be too much", Mr Harris finally said.

Suddenly a girl jumped up, "Hey, I think they found something". The entire class ran towards the windows, and saw a man being pulled from the bus on a stretcher.

Delaimey was stood between Scott and Stiles, "Knew there was too much blood for it to be a rabbit", she joked. Stiles let out a choked laughed putting his hand over his mouth as Scott turned to glare at them both.
