Lived and loved, laughed and learned
Taking back everything I thought was earned
„Time heals wounds", yes, that's what I yearn
For things to go back, for peace to return
Distance and time, the obstacles we constantly reach
Purity and healthy living are all you ever preach
Love and camaraderie are the sole aspects you teach
Though, those exact sayings are just what you breech
It's one word after another, but you go back on them once more
Like giving cash to the rich while you steal from the poor
Like pointing guns at your troop, then claim they started war
I'll make sure the next time you check, I'll be barricading the door
I was a fool to believe that distance was the cause
To believe that this was a break, merely a pause
I should have known from the start that your very existence is a fraud
Under the gloves of ego is where you've been hiding your claws.
