Love the hate and hate the love
Serenade the sadistic slums
Open fire against the high flying dove
Adore the worth when the time comes
Smothering the very fires I set
Honouring the feeble attemps of some
Kiss the polarity that I once met
Have some faith in me, even just for one
Say you've come out, loving the earth and change
Cry for you shan't be pitied, you'll find the light in your dark
Say you're enamoured by the space you encountered, no matter how strange
Your wish is your own command, for this reality check has always been stark
Take from the ones you need, give to the ones you want
Sickeningly emblematic, haven't they met such scarcity?
Leave the peace, embrace the taunt
Contrasting the light you found, none will pity
Eat blindly, speak mindlessly, act carelessly for all they desire
Frugal minds and selfish hearts are all we encounter
A hand of sin we rush to climb on, yet purity is all we aspire
A road of lava we all deem too easy, all the way down we flounder.
