Because I made myself dead (chapter 10)

The morning sun was shining the 100's faces, everyone was in the field behind the hills were the ship exploded last night. There were burned, dismembered and bloddy corpses, Clarke was looking around trying to find a corpse that looked like her mother. Cora was with Octavia looking around as Bellamy and other boys had the guns ready if the grounders would come. Jasper was looking around as he kept his distance from Octavia, a lot of tension palpable between everyone.
Bellamy's gaze lingered on Cora, she was standing lamley as her knee was bandaged and by the way her jaw clenched from time to time he could tell she was in pain. He hated to see her like that, but she would never accept to stay instead of coming.
He looked down as he walked around, Finn's gaze fell on Clarke.

"Clarke shouldn't be out here."

Finn says as Raven looked around.

"Her mom was on the ship. She's looking for answers."

She walks towards him.

"You want to help her? Find me the black box, hard drives, anything that will explain why this ship crashed."

She says walking around.

"Stay sharp. Ground retaliation for what happened on the bridge is coming. It's a matter of when."

Bellamy says to the other boys.

"You blame them?"

Finn asks as Bellamy looked at him.

"No, I blame you."

"Maybe if you didn't bring guns-"

"If we didn't bring guns, we all would've been killed"

Raven raised her voice at Finn.

"Either ,coming doesn't matter anymore. It's our job to be ready when they do."

Bellamy said sternly.

"We're on our own now."

He said as he walked around. Everyone looked around in silence as Cora looked over at Jasper seeing the lost look on his face when he looked at Octavia.

"You were too harsh on him."

Cora says as she looked around.

"Too harsh?"

Octavia asks looking at Cora.

"He fired the first shot, he ruined everything. Lincoln was hit because of him."

Cora sighs.

"Yeah, well, I am not arguing around with you or the others because I didn't have time enough to find some information about my brother besides the fact that I am such a great liar like him."

She said as she sat down on a rock, unwrapping the bandage from her knee. Octavia let Cora's words linger on her mind for a bit before looking at her, seeing her wrapping the bandage tighter.

"You got stabbed, zero information about Murphy and yet here you are not blaming anyone.."

Cora shrugs as she looked up at Octavia.

"I just want to see him again...on the ground or in the after life.."

She said quietly as Octavia let out a sigh before helping Cora stand up. Then their attention was focused on Raven shouting.

"Fire in the hole!"

She said throwing a small stone with hydrazine leaking from the ship in the hole as a small explosion was made.

"We need to clear the area."

Bellamy nodded and looked at the others.

"Okay, then remove information, no straggling weapons hot. We've got to get back before dark."
