Monday 18th December
Charlie's POV
It is the last week of school before the Christmas holidays. Everyone taking part in the baby project is Pregnant now: Elle and Tao are having triplets, Tara and Darcy are currently carrying one baby, with Tara carrying and Nick and I are carrying twins!
It's all been a whirlwind of emotions for the past 2 months. Nick and I found out we were having twins a month ago, I am currently 20 weeks pregnant now and we are going to the doctors today to find out the genders of the babies. All of our friends decided that we were going to do baby showers for eachother, so Nicks Mum is going to get the results in an envelope and we won't find out until Friday at our baby shower.
I'm really hoping for a boy and a girl, where as Nick is hoping for two girls to "even the family out" as he puts it, but we both know we will both be happy no matter what gender our babies are, as long as they're healthy.
Later in the day...
Nick and I have just gotten back from the hospital and the babies are looking healthy. Nicks mum has the gender results which she will be sharing with our friends. I can't wait until we find out on Friday!!
Nick is currently ordering us dinner, because we are both too exhausted to cook. Once he's finished he joins me on the sofa while we wait. "How are you feeling?" He asks. Knowing that the hospital appointments always make me nervous.
"I'm alright, I think. I'm just glad the babies are okay." I reply. He smiles and kisses my head and then moves now and kisses my stomach.
"Me too." He says. I already know that Nick is going to be an amazing father. He is so full of love for these babies already. I just hope I'll be a good dad too...
*Time Skip*
Friday 22nd December
Nick's POV
It is the morning of the day of our baby shower and I can already sense the nerves radiating from Charlie. I know he is still trying to wrap his head around the fact that he is pregnant, especially so young. He also is so careful as to not do anything to harm the babies. I'm glad were having this baby shower, I'm hoping it will be really fun for him and help him not to worry so much.
The baby shower starts at 12pm so we have around 2 hours until we have to be there. They have decided to host it at school, to which Mr. Ajayi and Mr. Farouk allowed them. Charlie and I are currently getting ready. I suddenly hear Charlie shout from the bathroom. "Nick!!" I run in worried.
