"McCall's gonna do it again!" Billianna heard Finstock exclaim, her heart skipping a beat momentarily. Fear made her consider turning tail and running; though she thought back to the few words he'd spoken to her back in his office.

With a shake of her head, a huff from her chest and a fiery look in her eyes; Billianna McCall made her way toward the Lacrosse field with determination in her every step.

Billie spotted Sam stood to the side his eyes focused on her brother, his physique adorned in Beacon Hills Lacrosse gear. Her eyes darted toward the rest of her little group to see they too were zoned in on her little brother.

Turning her head toward Scott, she noticed he was involved in a one and one with Jackson. Billie noticed how he was hunched over slightly, she could almost make out the frustration and anger adorning his features; an unfamiliar look on the sophomore.

The shriek of a whistle brought the older McCall out of her daze and noticed Finstock's gaze locked in on her.

"Billianna!" He exclaimed, her name snapping Sam out of his daze and now his focus was set on his best friend. He watched as she hesitantly made her way toward Coach.

The older Stilinski watched as the two engaged in what seemed to be a normal conversation, although he could see the subtle awkwardness etched into both of their faces.

"Yes, Coach?" Billie said timidly, her determination gone and her fear searing into her bones, pulsing with every beat of her heart.

Finstock seemed to pause, his eyes never leaving the McCall's own. A small sigh escaped his lips, a subtle shake of his head and an incoherent mumble that had Billie's ears straining to make out the words.

"I want you to focus on this," he said whilst pointing toward her brother and Jackson, "take note of what is wrong and what is right."

The girl nodded and turned her whole body to face toward the two sophomores; although there wasn't much to watch because as soon as Billie's eyes made contact with the two boys; one of them was thrown down onto the floor a sickening crack following the thud of his body.

Billie notices how Scott turns away and almost cowers into a forced crouch. Sam. Cameron, Jean, Amelia and Stiles rushing over to her brother simultaneously as well as instantaneously.

She could hear them almost chanting his name in worry and fear; she went to rush over to check that he was okay but she felt a large hand land on her shoulder. Looking back she pound Finstock looking at her, his previous words echoing throughout the forefront of her brain.

Jackson.

With a quick glance at her small group and the two sophomores she sees them rushing Scott off toward the locker rooms.

Turning back to the task at hand she rushes toward Jackson's aid, her hand immediately holding him down to stop him from trying to lift himself up from the ground.

"Hey, hey, hey." The girl said hurriedly, looking down at the sophomore with a soft, reassuring, smile-at least she hoped- who nodded at her in understanding.

"Yes!" Finstock exclaimed angrily, "For the last time the High school!" He quickly said a last exasperated thank you before hanging up and rushing toward his top players side with a nervous smile on his face.

Jackson tried to muster up a smile to show Coach he was okay, yet the pain seemed to be creeping in more and more and a small tear slipped down his cheek.

"Alright!" Billianna exclaimed loudly, "That's it for today, dismissed!" The players looked at her with dumbfounded looks on each other their faces.

A disgruntled huff left her lips and she slightly stomped her foot on the floor in frustration.

"That means fuck off!" She screamed, the boys quickly leaving the area as quickly as they could. "You too!" Billie added, pointing at the crowd gathered; Lydia Martin going to protest but met the eyes of her brother's best friend and thought against it. The young Martin marched off and away from the field with Allison in tow.

As she placed herself down by Jackson once more she was met with a look of gratitude from the young man. She just nodded and stayed sat with Finstock and Jackson.

"It was just a separated shoulder." Billie stated, her head in Sam's lap while her feet were in Cameron's. The two boys had been grilling her about what happened to Jackson, their worry confusing her.

Billie felt Sam's hand begin to fiddle with her hair, a small hum of satisfaction rumbling from within her chest, her eyes slowly shut and her breathing beginning to even out.

Cameron watched Sam play with their best friend's hair; his eyes darted to his face and watched as his eyes studied every blemish, freckle and dimple on her face.

The older Martin turned his attention to the peaceful McCall, his eyes, too, studying every feature on her face and exposed skin.

Sam looked up just in time to catch the look on Cameron's face; his heart skipping a beat in fear. A realisation crashing over him.

"It's not just me, is it?" Sam asked, the question seemingly out of nowhere for the Martin boy who stared at the Stilinski blankly.

"What do you-"

"You love her too." Sam stated, Cameron's eyes widening though he didn't stop the hesitant nod her sent Sam's way. He heard the boy sigh and looked back up to Cameron with a defeated look in his eyes.

Cameron understood what that sigh meant, he'd been sighing like that since the 6th grade back when he officially met the troublesome two.

"Do you think she'll ever get over him?" Cameron asked, his eyes almost begging Sam to lie to him. The Stilinski thought back to that morning in the empty classroom. Her confession of what had happened a few night ago.

"Hopefully." He said, "For all of our sake."
