BEAUTIES AND THE RODENT
The wixens, their eyes glazed with confusion, stared at the screen as if it had just declared itself the new leader of the universe. "What does that mean?" one of them asked, clearly perplexed by the title flashing across the screen.Annabeth and (Name) exchanged a knowing glance before Annabeth took a deep breath. "It's a bit of a joke," she began. "In the context of their world, it's a title for a chapter that deals with some... interesting transformations."
(Name) nodded in agreement, her lips twitching with a smirk. "And by 'interesting transformations,' they mean someone's unfortunate stint as a guinea pig. And, no, that's not a metaphor. They really turned into a rodent." Percy sighed as he looked away from his friends that were even more interested how that happened too.
The wixens looked at each other, their confusion morphing into curiosity. "A rodent? Is that like a—" one began, only to be cut off by another.
"Probably just don't ask too many questions," the second wixens suggested with a shake of her head.
Anyways... When (Name) and Annabeth went to do their spa treatment, leaving Percy behind, things took a wild turn. Percy was tricked and—get this—turned into a freakin' guinea pig.
Tyson squinted at the screen in confusion. "Percy doesn't look right. Was he sick?"
Nico replied with a deadpanned expression, "Yeah, Tyson. He's sick... with being a guinea pig."
The Great Hall erupted in a mix of gasps and laughter. The Marauders, who had been sprawled casually across one of the tables, straightened up, their faces painted with disbelief and amusement.
Sirius, who had been casually munching on a chocolate frog, nearly choked. "A guinea pig? Are you serious?" He glanced at his daughter, (Name), his eyes twinkling with mischief. "I know you get into trouble, but this? You're lucky you married a guy who can handle a bit of transfiguration gone wrong."
Percy grumbled as he hid his face into his wife's neck when everyone started laughing and teasing him.
James smirked, nudging Sirius. "Imagine if it was you, Pads. You'd make a very dashing guinea pig, no doubt."
Lily, her brows furrowed in thought, was the first to speak. "I didn't expect that twist. So, this island of paradise... it's actually a trap?"
"Should've seen it coming," Marlene muttered, crossing her arms. "Islands in the middle of nowhere? Always bad news."
Harry snorted, his eyes wide with disbelief. "Percy, a guinea pig? That's mental! Could've been worse, though—he could've been turned into a ferret."
Draco stiffened at the comment, muttering under his breath, "Let's not bring that up again."
"I would definitely be shown in the next few books," (Name) sent a smirk towards her cousin, her tone laced with playful sarcasm.
