I sat between Ashlyn and Aiden, looking out the window in boredom. Ashlyn had dragged me with her in hopes to keep Aiden away— that didn't work.

I perk up when I hear Aiden speak; "Wanna try?" He held up a big rubix cube and looked at me and Ashlyn.

My face immediately brightened. "Yes!" And I snatched it out of his hand, leaving him with a shocked smile.

Aiden had convinced Ashlyn to fiddle with a rubix cube, and in that time I solved 6 of his puzzles.

"You're good at this!" He smiles in surprise at my hidden skill.

I'm about to respond when Taylor's voice exclaims from behind us, "Ah! Can I try one?"

"Sure." He shows his entire bag of options, and I giggle silently as Taylor's eyes light up.

We finally arrived at Savannah, and I was itching to crack my bones. I didn't realize how long 8 hours would be, especially squished between two people.

Once we get out of the bus, I tilt my head to the side and twist my back, feeling as though I was a new born baby.

Mr. Walter yaps about being safe and not wandering too far off, the regular adult warnings.

"Where should we go first?" Logan asks.

"Well..." I speak up, thinking about all the activities we can do. "Oh! We haven't eaten since we stopped for lunch a few hours ago."

Taylor then adds, "we can get some food and talk about what to do while we eat?"

"Sure." Tyler agrees. I look back at them and lock eyes with Tyler, causing his to immediately fall back to his screen. I feel a weird jump in my stomach.

We ended up eating at this burger place, and then we decided to do a few different things...

We went on a carriage pulled by two horses as a lady in the front toured us about the area, which was pretty interesting.

Then we looked at these weird boxes with random facts about Savannah. Aiden had climbed atop one of them and helped me get up with him; we kept giggling and doing kiddy handshakes, kicking our feet. However I couldn't ignore the fact that Tyler kept on looking at me when Aiden and I were together.

Next we headed to this gorgeous glass light shop. However on the way there things got awkward between me and Tyler quickly. Taylor had grabbed my hand, made Tyler grab mine, and then made the three of us run ahead to the light shop.

Tyler grunted and awkwardly let go of my hand as we entered the shop. "Taylor..." I didn't understand why he was so weird, however I noticed a pink tint on his cheeks.

We also got face paint which really reminded me of going to the fair with my mom when I was younger.

I shook my head slightly, erasing my mom from my mind.

I snap out of my thoughts when Logan announces, "we have 45 minutes left."

"Guess we should head back in 30 minutes then." Taylor says.

"Excuse me!" A female voice exclaims.

I stop abruptly, accidentally bumping into Tyler's back.

I turn to see a lady with black hair and a pixie cut. She has a sweet expression on her face but I feeling a strange feeling in my stomach.

"Would you be interested in a tour of the sorrel weed house?" She asks sweetly.

"Wait, really?!" Taylor asked excitedly. She turns to us, stars in her eyes. "This place is supposed to be really haunted! We gotta go!"

I feel like a weight was added to my back. Haunted? I always got terrible nightmares whenever I watched haunted movies with Tay and Ty when we were still friends. Tyler knew how afraid I was of them as he would always comfort me after my nightmares.

I notice Tyler looking at me with a worried expression, and before I could speak up everyone was headed into the house.

I feel like my throat tightens as we head in. I guess I have no choice now...
