I felt like thousands of eyes bore through me. All I could hear was my heart beat pounding in my ears. My ribs felt like they were about to burst.

I barely pay any attention until I hear a phone ringing.

"Ah... I'm so sorry, this is my emergency phone." The lady with short black hair grabs her phone.

" I have to take this." She says, "I'll be right back. Continue looking around if you want but don't touch anything." She then walks out, looking anxious.

"Well, that's super professional." Tyler scoffs.

I nod, watching as she rushes out of the room.

"I- I don't think that's professional..." Logan stutters.

Taylor shrugs, "eh, an emergency is an emergency." She then exclaims, "it'll be more fun on our own anyway!"

The place was very unsettling. Every room reminded me of mom. I hated it, their empty eyes kept staring at me, as though searching my soul for my biggest fears.

I snap out of my thoughts when everyone goes quiet. I stood next to Ashlyn, who looked just as confused as I was as everyone looked at us with horror on their faces.

"Are you guys ok?" I ask.

"(Y/N)," Tyler mumbles, he looks more worried than scared.

"A-Ashlyn, (Y/N), behind you..." Logan stutters in a frightened voice.

Ashlyn and I turn around.

Those eyes.

I scream, tears in my eyes as I try to pull Ashlyn back. I fall to the ground, catching Ashlyn before she could hit the hard ground.

Mom's face flashed before me. "Honey, are you OK?" Her face flashed from a sweet smile to all burnt and bloody.

"(Y/N)!" Tyler shook my shoulders, snapping me back into reality.

I quickly blink my tears away. "What—"

Everyone looks confused, looking around for the creature.

"What was it?"

"I-I don't see it anywhere..."

"One of the ghosts maybe?"

I felt very shaky as Tyler helped me up. As soon as his hands were off me Taylor crushed me in a hug

Tyler gives everyone an unimpressed look. "Are you guys dumb?" He scoffs slightly, "ghosts aren't real. This is just some stupid prank."

I feel dizzy in Taylor's arms as I think about what Tyler said. It could've been projected, but it felt so real...

I'm pulled away from my thoughts when I feel Tyler's hands grab my wrist and Taylor's.

"C'mon Tay, (Y/N)," he sternly says. "We're going back to the bus."

I sit next to Taylor, playing cards with her and her friends. Despite how fun the game was though, I couldn't stop thinking about the creature.

My foot bounces up and down and I can't stop picking at my cards. I didn't even notice Taylor calling my name until her hand grabs my shoulder.

"(Y/N)! Are you ok?" Taylor asks with a concerned look on her face. I notice the other girls looking at my curiously.

"Er- yeah. I'm fine. I'm just tired..." I stand up and put my cards on the table. "I think I'm gonna crash now. See you in bed." I manage a smile and head to the room.

I walk in and nearly have a heart attack upon Ashlyn doing the over splits on the bed.

"Holy mother of dragons! Are your legs okay?! Did they break??" I gasp. Ashlyn smiles slightly at my shock.

"No. I do ballet." She says.

"Oh, cool. I used to do it but the outfits were too itchy." I smile, earning a light chuckle from her. "Can I ask you something? You can keep stretching if you want" I ask.

Ashlyn shrugs. "Sure." She then goes on to bend in half.

I sit next to her and think for a second. "Do you think that creature was real?" I say abruptly.

Ashlyn looks at me with curious face. "Do you?" She asks plainly.

"...I don't know. I've seen it before... but Tyler kept insisting that it was just technology." I honestly say.

I turn to Ashlyn who looks shocked. She opens her mouth to speak but suddenly the door opens and Taylor silently screams at Ashlyn bent in half.

"Are you two ready for bed?" Taylor asks, clutching her chest.

"Yes," Ashlyn and I say together. We smile slightly at each other before going to our spots.

I agreed to sleep on the floor since I take up a lot of bed space and I didn't mind the floor. The only problem was that the floor was very cold my blankets were too thin.

I shuffle around for at least and hour after the lights were turned off, trying to get comfortable. As I'm about to close my eyes after finding a comfortable spot, I feel something sharp and slimy touch my calf.

I open my eyes and look at my leg, which is under the bed. My eyes widen at the familiar empty white eyes. The creature wraps it's nasty hand around my calf and pulls me under
