Jungkook's eyes widened in shock and deep concern as Taehyung's tears began to flow. The confession came out raw and desperate.
"I love you, Jungkook," Taehyung choked out, his voice trembling.

"I can't hold it in anymore. I became drug addicted and only thought about you every single day..."

Jungkook's heart ached at the sight of Taehyung's emotional turmoil. He stepped closer, wrapping Taehyung in a comforting embrace. "Taehyung... I didn't know you were going through all of this. I'm so sorry you felt this way."

Taehyung clung to Jungkook, his sobs muffled against his shoulder. "I tried to push these feelings away, but I couldn't. You were always on my mind, even when I was at my worst."

Jungkook gently stroked Taehyung's back, trying to offer some semblance of comfort. "It's okay. It's okay to feel this way. I'm here now, and we'll get through this together. You don't have to face this alone anymore."

Taehyung pulled back slightly, his eyes red and tear-streaked. "But... what about you? I don't want to burden you with my problems."

Jungkook shook his head firmly. "You're not a burden, Taehyung. I care about you, and I want to help you. We can work through this together. Just take it one step at a time."

Taehyung nodded, his expression a mix of relief and vulnerability. "Thank you, Jungkook. I didn't know how to handle all this, but... I'm just so glad you're here."

Jungkook offered a reassuring smile, his own emotions still swirling. "Let's start by getting you the help you need. We'll take it from there. You're not alone in this."

As Jungkook held Taehyung close, he felt the tension gradually leave Taehyung's body. The warmth of Jungkook's embrace provided a sense of security that Taehyung hadn't felt in a long time. Exhausted from the emotional release and the weight of everything he'd been carrying, Taehyung slowly drifted off to sleep in Jungkook's arms.

Jungkook noticed Taehyung's breathing becoming steady and soft. He looked down at Taehyung, his heart filled with a mix of tenderness and protectiveness. Carefully, he adjusted his position to make Taehyung more comfortable without waking him. Jungkook knew that this moment was fleeting, but for now, he was content to just be there for Taehyung, holding him as he slept.

He gently rested his cheek against Taehyung's head, letting the quiet of the moment wash over them both. For a while, everything else faded away, and all that mattered was the warmth they shared, the connection that needed no words.

As Jungkook held Taehyung, he realized that Taehyung's body was unusually warm—too warm. Panic started to rise within him as he checked Taehyung's forehead and confirmed his suspicion: Taehyung had a fever. Without wasting another moment, Jungkook carefully lifted Taehyung into his arms, making sure not to jostle him too much, and carried him to his car.

Once Taehyung was securely in the passenger seat, Jungkook fastened the seatbelt around him and quickly got into the driver's seat. His mind raced as he started the car and began driving towards Taehyung's home. The streets blurred around him as he focused on getting Taehyung home as quickly and safely as possible.

Jungkook glanced over at Taehyung every few seconds, worry etched on his face. He could see the sweat on Taehyung's brow and the way his breath came in shallow, labored puffs. He cursed himself for not noticing sooner and pushed the car to go faster. All that mattered now was getting Taehyung home and taking care of him.

Jungkook knew he couldn't risk being seen by the guards. He remembered how he had narrowly escaped them before and couldn't afford to be recognized. With Taehyung unconscious and feverish beside him, Jungkook's mind raced for a plan.
