Taehyung's heart sank as he listened to the message from his phone. "You know you can't have a boyfriend if you're working in our company, Mr. Kim." The words echoed in his mind, bringing back the stress of balancing his personal life with his career aspirations.

He looked at Jungkook, who was watching him with concern. "It's my company," Tae said quietly, trying to process the information. "They just called and said I can't have a boyfriend if I'm working there."

Jungkook's expression turned serious as he sat beside Tae. "That's not fair," he said. "You shouldn't have to choose between your career and your personal life."

Tae sighed, feeling the weight of the decision he might have to make. "I don't know what to do. I really want this opportunity, but I don't want to lose you either."

Jungkook placed a comforting hand on Tae's shoulder. "We'll figure it out together. You shouldn't have to give up something you want because of me, and I won't let that happen."

Taehyung appreciated the support, but he knew he would have to confront his company and find a solution that worked for both his career and his relationship.

Taehyung murmured, "H-How do they know I have a-" He rushed to the window and spotted an agent spying on him.

Taehyung's heart raced as he saw the agent outside, partially hidden behind a tree but clearly watching him. He turned back to Jungkook, who was already moving toward the window with a look of concern.

"They must have been spying on us," Tae said, his voice trembling. "That's how they found out."

Jungkook's eyes narrowed. "We need to be careful. If they're watching us this closely, they might have other information too."

Tae felt a wave of frustration and anxiety wash over him. "I don't know how to handle this. I thought I could manage both my career and my personal life, but now it seems impossible."

Jungkook moved closer to Tae, placing a reassuring hand on his back. "We'll deal with this together. First, let's make sure they don't have any more information on us. We need to confront them and make sure they know we won't be intimidated."

Tae nodded, feeling a mix of gratitude and determination. "Alright. Let's figure out our next steps and make sure they understand that we're not going to let them control our lives."

Jungkook gave Tae a reassuring smile. "We've faced challenges before, and we'll face this one too. Together."

"But Jungkook...about my mom...she...doesn't remember who attacked her" Tae said in a worried tone.

Jungkook's expression softened as he looked at Tae, sensing the gravity of his concern. "If she doesn't remember, it's possible she was drugged or it happened too quickly for her to recall clearly. But that doesn't mean we're out of options."

Tae's shoulders slumped slightly. "I just feel like there's so much more going on that I don't understand. The news, the spying, and now this... I don't know who to trust anymore."

Jungkook took Tae's hands in his own, looking him straight in the eyes. "We'll get to the bottom of it. We need to focus on what we can control right now. If your mom can't remember who attacked her, we'll find other ways to investigate. There's always something we can do."

Tae nodded, though his worry didn't completely fade. "I hope you're right. I don't want to lose her or let her down."

Jungkook squeezed Tae's hands gently. "You're not alone in this. We'll figure it out together. And I'll make sure that whoever did this won't get away with it. For now, let's deal with the immediate threat from your company and then focus on your mom's situation."
