It's been a month since Y/n's parent's came back from Germany. Y/n and Hanni had a few dates here and there during that duration. It was a normal day for the businessman, well until he got a call from his father that is.

"Hey, pops, what's up?" Y/n asked as he circled around with his office chair.

"Hi, Y/n. I just wanted to check up on you. How's life and all?" He said over the phone.

"Really? If you're checking up on me that means something bad is happening. Tell me, dad, what's wrong?" Y/n said, reading him like a book.

"Fine... I'll tell you, but first you must answer this question." His father asked as Y/n sighed in defeat.

"Alright, ask away, dad." Y/n responded.

"You and Hanni got back together, right?" His father asked, making the businessman immediately nervous, was the act already up? If so, how did his father find out?

"Yeah, why?" He responded, trying to not make his voice shaky.

"You never told us how you guys met in college. Tell me, Y/n... At least tell your old man how you got her." His father said as he chuckled, while Y/n sighed in relief.

"Alright, fine. I guess it wouldn't hurt for you to know it now after years of not telling you guys."

It was a Friday, and thank God it's Friday. "Hey, Y/n! Are you going to the party later? It's gonna be so much fun! People from other departments are going." A friend of Y/n said as he ran to Y/n and patted him on the back.

Y/n was already half a semester done in his freshman year and today is the last day of midterms and what do you do after midterms? You party. But Y/n was never that kind of guy. He promised his parents he'll study hard and also, what would happen if someone in his status is caught doing bad things at a party? It was just for his self-preservation that made him not a fan of crowds. After all, being the son born in a rich family, the internet monitors you more compared to any college student. A part of their family's reputation lies in his hands.

"I would but I'd rather rest this out. I've been dying learning all of this. I deserve a break." Y/n said as he sighed in defeat, tightening his grip on the books and papers he had on hand.

"Oh, c'mon... Don't be boring, Y/n! The reason there's college is for us to live the life before we go to the dreadful reality of being employed. So can you come with us? It's not like you have Saturday classes." His friend said, still pestering him in the hopes Y/n would go to the party.

"I'll think about it." Y/n said as his friend clenched his fist and raised it to the air.

"That's good enough for me." His friend said as the two chuckled and went on their way to the final battle of their midterms.

Y/n answered every question with every might and intellect he could. Trying to remember all the things he studied last night, depriving himself of sleep. His brain cells were at war, no neuron getting out of the draft pick because it was getting bloody. Essays, identification, true or false, and other types of questions. After a few hours, Y/n has done it, he has finished his midterm exams.
