I woke up in a hospital room. I saw a doctor and my mother talking. "I'm afraid your daughter is in a coma." What? That isn't true! I'm awake! I stood up and walked to the doctor and my mom. "Guys?" They carried on talking like I wasn't there. "Mom? I'm right here!" She carried on talking to the doctor. I walked to my bed. "Oh my- that's my body..." I whispered. I stared at my lifeless body. "Mom, what's going on," I said. I tried to touch her shoulder, but my hand went through.
I walked to my body and stared at it. I saw my face pale as snow and my brunette hair looking lifeless. My mother finished her conversation and sat on the chair next to my bed. She looked like she was crying. Her face was red and her mascara was running. My dad walked in and sat next to my mom. "Harry, the doctor said that she hit her head really hard and could have serious brain damage. He says that it would take a miracle for her to survive." My mom started crying on my dad's shoulder. "Oh Linda, it's going to be okay. Our daughter is a fighter. She will pull through." I sat on the bed, watching my parents sitting there crying and felt my heartache. I hated seeing my parents like that.
