"Good morning Mars!" Ajax said to Mars as she started to wake up

"Ugh... Morning Ajax" Mars said rubbing her eyes with her hoodie sleeve, getting up from the floor

"So Mars, what do you usually do on the weekends?" Ajax asked, facing Mars and smiling

"Huh? Uhh nothing usually, also what time is it?" Mars said still groggy seeing as she had just woken up

"Your clock says that it's 12:56, also do you have food?" Ajax asked

"Yeah, I probably have the stuff to make a quesadilla in the kitchen"

"Oh, splendid!" Ajax says getting up from the bed and clasping his hands together

"Oh jeez I haven't eaten or drank anything in days..." Mars says, her eyes widening

"You're a ghost, there isn't much of a reason for you to eat now is there?" Ajax says picking up Mars's fingerless gloves, putting them on, and then walking to Mars's bedroom door

"Yeah I guess but it's still weird to think about..." Mars says

"Understandable, but um say, could you show me how to make a quesadilla," Ajax says fidgeting with their hands

Mars looks at Ajax like they just said that two plus two was five "You don't know how to make a quesadilla? Seriously? You can do magic and shit but can't make a quesadilla?" She says

Ajax just stared at Mars sheepishly

"Ugh, fine, I'll show you how to make a stupid quesadilla," Mars said in an annoyed tone as she walked to her bedroom door

"Wonderful!" Ajax said as they opened the door for Mars who genuinely couldn't care less

Mars mom was off at work and her dad was never here so Mars and Ajax had the house all to themselves.

"So, what first?" Ajax asked, standing in front of the kitchen counter.

Mars's kitchen wasn't huge, it had a stove and fridge in the back and it also had a sink with a window above it that looked out onto her backyard. The kitchen also had a countertop with cabinets over it.

"Uhh well first grab some tortillas," Mars said standing in the corner next to the fridge

"Where are those?" Ajax asked, turning his head to Mars

"Right up there" Mars replied pointing up onto of the fridge

Ajax walked up to the fridge, looked at it for a moment and then had to jump to reach the tortillas.

Mars chuckled as she watched Ajax struggle to reach the top of the fridge

"Oh be quiet, it's not my fault you're so short." Ajax said tossing the tortillas onto the countertop and brushing their hands off "Now what?"

"I can't believe I have to tell you how to make a quesadilla, this is absurd..." Mars mumbles with her face in her hands.

"Grab the cheese from the fridge," Mars says taking her hands off her face

Ajax walks up to the fridge, opens the door, and grabs a bag of shredded cheese "Is this it?" Ajax says holding up the bag

"Yup" Mars responds "Now you just have to put the cheese on the tortilla and then cook it on the stove"

Ajax spends the next few minutes making a low-effort tortilla while Mars watches, it's not super eventful. Once Ajax is finished he puts the quesadilla onto a paper plate and sits down at the countertop.

"So, Mars-" Ajax starts to say before he is interrupted

"Uh actually, I have a thing I have to get to..." Mars says trying not to sound suspicious as she starts slowly walking toward the door

"Okay Mars, have fun with your girlfriend I suppose..." Ajax says taking a bite of their quesadilla

"She's not my- how did you- ugh never mind, bye Ajax..." Mars says as she walks through the front door

"Bye, mars!" Ajax calls out to Mars as she leaves.
