I sighed switching my phone off, what had i gotten myself into?
It was currently 1pm so i decided i may as well get ready. I put on a pair of blue jeans with a black top and cardigan.
I only did some light makeup and straightened my hair as i didn't want to put much effort in.
I slipped my airforce on grabbing my bag as i headed to where jacob wanted to meet.
"Hey sophia." jacob smiled as i entered the cafe.
"Hi." i smiled politely taking a seat.
"Uhm i got your usual?" he said sliding over the coffee to me.
"You remembered?" i laughed slightly shocked.
"Yeah... i wanted to meet because i just want to sort things, i miss you, a lot soph and i know what i did was wrong... i regret it a lot."
I shook my head sighing, "I can't do it again jacob, im sorry... you hurt me too much.i'll be honest i've found someone knew. It's nothing special but it's going somewhere. I guess i could try and forgive you and be friends but it will take some time."
He nodded slowly, "I'm glad you were honest.. i should have expected it, i'd be happy to make it up you."
"I know, thank you for apologising, but i can't forgive you that easily."
He nodded sending me a smile, "Uh how have you been doing?"
"I've been good, moving to monaco soon, got some new jobs. What about you?" i asked sipping my coffee.
"Yeah im okay, got a new movie coming out soon, saltburn."
"That's really good! I've seen it advertsied." i smiled.
"Thanks, it's gonna be out soon, im excited. You should come to the premier."
My smile dropped as i sighed, "Jacob.. we can't- it's not right for me, your ex to show up at your premier."
