whatever happened in the parking area, everything was fine until she calls herself with the names, I never thought that someone would call her by this name. My blood boiled the minute that word left her mouth. She doesn't know what kind of place she held in my heart. Maybe I failed to show what kind of place she held in my heart. I left from there as soon as possible, I don't know what I will do if I stay with her.
Ace followed me as soon i entered the company. "Ashley is here." He stopped at his place and look at Ace "why the hell she is here?" He sighed and entered the office room. "What are you doing here?" She looks up and smiled at him. "I want to remind you that Albert has signed a contract with me, so now both of us have to work together for the upcoming project, in case you forget." He sighed and took off his coat.
After 10 minutes there is a knock in the door. "Come in" Lyala entered but her face got pale when she saw Ashley here. Something is going on between these two, even during our university time Lyala was always scared of Ashley. There is always a tension between them.
Lyala then look at me and hand over the files. His eyes automatically My eyes automatically went to her neck, which was now covered with foundation, he glared at her but she was looking outside. Then Ashley came closer to me "Babe can you please help me with this? She put her hands on his shoulder and slowly slide to his chest.
What's wrong with this girl, she raised her head to look at her but dumbfounded when she found there is no reaction from Lyala. But then Lyala looked at me, finding no emotions in my face she looked away. "Stop with your rubbish Ashley." I whispered and gave the files to Lyala.
When she was about to leave Ashley called her. I started doing my work again but then I heard the sound of a file falling. Lyala was terrified by something, she looks scared, she was trembling. Our eyes met, her eyes were filled with tears urging to fell off. When he was about to call her she ran away.
I glared at Ashley. He grabbed her by her arms "what did you said to her?" She hitched. "Leave me Xavier." He jerked her arms and yelled "fucking leave from here Ashley, or else I'll kill you." She glared at him and left. He called his assistant "can you inform miss Lyala that I want her to be here in 10 minutes." She nod.
He patiently waiting for her for 10 minutes but she wasn't here. His patients level broke and he went towards her room. He opened the door there is a letter for half day leave. He rubbed his face in frustration. "Ace" he yelled, he came "I'm leaving, handle the rest of work and don't fucking let Ashley entered my office room anymore."
After 10 minutes he found himself in front her apartment. He sighed and softly knocked "Lyala. Let's talk." He knocked again, but there is no response. Meanwhile inside the apartment Lyala was lying in the couch looking at ceiling, tears keeps falling from her eyes.
She flinched when she heard a knock in her door, but her felt relief that it was Xavier but again she don't want to cry in front of him. "Lyala let's talk first, open the door." She came near the door "Lu-luna, i want Luna." She shutter Xavier felt relieved that she was safe. "I'll bring Luna to you but for now open the door please." She cried "no I want Luna" he sighed "baby I promised I'll bring Luna to you for now open the door."
"Leave from here." She shouts. "I'm not going anywhere Lyala unless you unlocked the door." He said softly, now he can only hear her crying. After some minutes he heard a cracked sound. As soon as she opened the door he entered he saw his woman standing in a messed her lipstick and her eyeliner was a whole mess, he then checked her from head to toes.
She was still sobbing. He immediately hugged her, she felt relief in his arms as always, which makes her cry more, she hugged him tightly and cried in his arms until she forgot the pain in her heart. His eyes then fell on the coffee table, some pills were scattered around the table. He was about to asked but heard cute snores he looked down only to witness her cute face which now has turned red.
He picked her in bridal style, made her sleep in her bed, her fist were clenched on his coat. "I'm here. Sleep tight." He kissed her forehead and started searching for some wet tissue. He went towards Lyala with wet tissue, he wiped her lipstick and eyeliner properly and her neck which was covered with foundation to hide the hickey.
Once he was done, he took of his coat and sit beside her, taking her hand he caressed a little. He removed hair strain from her face and stared deeply into her. The peace and the silence in the room got interrupted by he scream. "Luna" her eyes were wide open, she screamed while gasped for air. Tears welled up in her eyes, ready to roll down.
A sob left from her mouth as I secured my arms around her. "Shhh, I'm here" he whispered hugging her tightly. "Lu-luna As-ashley wi-will, bri-ng Lu-na to me." She cried, wrapped her arms around him and buried her face in his neck. "Luna is safe. Calm down." He whispered. Gradually her sob vanished. He broke the hug and cupped her face. His thumb wiped her tears.
"Do you want to tell me what is going on between you and Ashley?" His question made her to look at him, she slowly shook her head. "Ok whenever you want to share remember I'm always for you." He kissed her forehead. She nod. "I want to see Luna." She whispered "Albert is on his way, rest until then, I'll make you some food." She doesn't want him to go away from her. She looks down, to hide her tears from him, and hesitated to answer but nod.
