Elijah's bike stopped in front of the cafe. She got off the bike and looked at the cafe name. Caféine torréfiée... Helen has got an unique taste indeed. It's signboard is not insanely radiant, obviously not looking like any cliche cause almost every cafe look cliche to her. It's strange that this cafe is near their mansion but she did never notice it.

Elijah went there and took a seat in the quietest corner of the cafe. From where she's sitting, she can see the entire view of the cafe, from counter to the table of the customers. The inner view and decoration of the cafe was also artistic like it's outer view. Mostly aesthetic.

Elijah was busy in reviewing the entire interior designing of this coffee house when suddenly her cellphone rang, breaking her momentary peace. That's why she set a less noisy one as her cellphone ringtone otherwise it will blew her mind. She looked at the cellphone display and it was an unknown number. She didn't hesitate and chose to receive it ' Elijah Graves speaking '

Rhys was confused. Why this girl is so weird. Normal people would pick the phone and say hello first but here she is, introducing herself without any greetings, lack of manners. Rhys face looks beyond imagination. He want to go home now. He's pretty sure this girl will make him go crazy sooner or later. Still he have to meet her to keep the word his mothers has given to Helen.

So at the end, Rhys agreed to meet Elijah halfheartedly. He said rather disheartenedly ' Rhys Brooks speaking. You're Elijah, right ? '
There was a momentary silent. It's mysterious how did he get her cellphone number. He was expecting that she would ask him. But what she said surprised him instead. She said nonchalantly ' Left side from the main door of the coffee house. '

Rhys was slightly stunned but he did manage to handle himself in right moment and said awkwardly ' I get it. Wait for a minute. Coming. '
Elijah chose to shook her head instead of replying him something in return. After a minute of searching, Rhys get to see the one with whome he was to meet today.

Elijah was sitting on the chair, looking all calm. She sat there with straight back leaning on the chair, legs crossed and eyes covered with a pitch black sunglass. Rhys thought it was weird for Elijah to wear a sunglass in the cafe as sun was not directly in contact with her. If he was to use Elijah's weird behaviour as his reasons to oppose over this marriage then he could use a lot of them. Sitting there with legs crossed, wearing a pitch black full sleeve tee shirt and a black baggy jeans with black-grey sneakers on her supposed to be a date before the marriage, rediating the aura of a rich spoil brat as her face was still devoid of any emotion, most likely looking all stoic while rejecting him in a oblivious manner ? Too damn obvious of her to be opposing this marriage, like him.

Rhys silently chuckled. He can use any of Elijah's misbehavior as a weapon to break this so called forced marriage. If he was to be like before, he would surely do that. But now he is sure of at least one thing, Elijah Graves isn't a type to be rejected. Her alluring stoic face and dominating demeanor, her obsession for black attire and her weirdly manner of putting sunglass in the cafe, all that alone is enough for him to push the decision of opposing this marriage to the back of his mind.
