The betrayal hurt him too much, to see it with his own eyes was torture. Feeling as though everything he had built to keep his heart safe was useless, as it crumbled down beneath him.
Jungkook had gotten to the front door before a hand grabbed him turning him around. Taehyung stood there wide-eyed. Jungkook sobbed pathetically, he never felt more miserable in the eyes of his husband.
"Jungkook-ah give me a chance t-to explain I-"Taehyung stuttered out, gripping onto Jungkook's forearm.
"Chance to explain?" Jungkook exclaimed, shaking his arm off of Taehyung's hold. He laughed maniacally, as tears rolled down his cheeks. "2 months...I gave you 2 fucking months to explain yourself. I'm not stupid Kim Taehyung!"
Taehyung looked up at him, tears flowing down his face. Eyes wide, realizing the damage he had caused.
"Do you know how hard it was for me to see you every day wondering where I lacked? Do you know how hard it was for me to wash every goddamn lipstick stain on your dress shirts? How painful it was for me every night knowing you were out there fucking your assistant!?" Jungkook yelled, pushing Taehyung's chest with every point.
"Taehyung-ah... Talk goddammit! I'm going crazy here!! Please tell me this is a misunderstanding... Give me a good fucking reason why! Please god... "Jungkook begged, letting out a loud sob.
"I-it was a mistake-" Taehyung let out meekly, not able to get another word out as Jungkook landed a fist square on his jaw. He fell to the floor, not being able to look up from the shame he felt.
Jungkook let out a blood curdling scream, tears continuing to stream down his face. Hand combing through his dark locks, pulling on them, anything to divert the pain anywhere else.
He looked down to see Seoyoon behind Taehyung, the look of concern on her face. Jungkook's anger couldn't take looking at her face any longer.
"You! ... Get the fuck out of //my// house. Both of you! Get out!" He yelled, eyebrows furrowing as he pointed to the front door.
Taehyung pushed Seoyoon away, feeling burned from her touch "Jungkook-ah p-please let's work this out...please calm down" he pleaded, trying to reach out for his husband once more.
Jungkook, in a fit of rage grabbed a vase and smashed it on the ground putting a barrier between him and Taehyung.
"I said get the fuck out!" He yelled, looking directly into Taehyung's eyes. Jungkook's eyes that used to look at Taehyung with so much love and care now filled with nothing but disgust and anger.
Taehyung knew it would be a futile battle. When Jungkook makes a decision, no one can convince him otherwise. So, he and Seoyoon left, leaving Jungkook alone in their cold house.
Jungkook fell to the floor, hands landing on the sharp clay of what was once a vase. However, he never felt it, the emotional pain he was going through was much worse. A small pool of blood formed under his hands; he clutched the shards of clay tightly as if it were the remnants of his heart.
There he sat quietly, fresh droplets of tears falling on the floor. Not finding the energy in him to yell or sob.
Hours passed by but he never moved a muscle. His luggage still stood idle in the living room, the blood on the floor now dried.
Taehyung stole a part of him he could never have again...
