*Pacifica POV*

I hear my alarm go off and I roll over to snooze it. I curl back up into the person holding me. Wait. What?? Open my eyes and see I'm in Dipper's arms in his room.

"Shit." I whisper.

"Good morning my blonde best friend." I sit up and see Mabel sitting on her bed with a big grin. I jumped up.

"I promise you this is not what you think. I came here looking for you and then we got into Newsies and that just devolved into other movies and my parents are probably so mad at me and I'm gonna be late for work." And through all that panic, Mabel is laughing.

"Mabel, can't you laugh quieter??" Dipper groaned.

"Can't you tell me the next time you have a sleepover with Pacifica??"

"What are you talking abou-" Dipper turns over and sees me. "Shit."

"That's what she said."

"I gotta go. I'm so sorry Dipper." I grab all my stuff and sprint away.

*Stan POV*

I'm making my coffee and see someone run down the stairs. I peer outside and see a blonde head running away. I take a second to process and then walk upstairs to my niece and nephew, where one of them is sitting there stunned and the other is laughing.

"Dipper."

"Yes??"

"Did you sleep with Pacifica Northwest??"

"NO. Well yes. But that's literal. We didn't DO anything."

"Except have a romantic movie date."

"Mabel, shut up. It was an accident." The two bickered.

"This summer just got a lot more interesting." I turn away. "Ford!! I have a bet I'd like to make with you."

"What bet??"

"The love lives of our niece and nephew."

"Why would we do that??"

"Cause we're old men with absolutely nothing better to do."

"Fair enough." We go downstairs and begin to make bets.

*Dipper POV*

I decided to talk to Pacifica about last night. I don't want her to think I was a creep or that I wanted to sleep with her. Well, I mean I was happy about it, but it's not like that was my goal. I didn't even invite her over. I bump into someone and low and behold, it's the girl I was looking for.

"Sorry." She turned her head and then processed that it was me. "Dipper."

"Hi." We stood there very awkwardly for a minute. "Um...I wanted to talk about last night. Is now a good time??"

"You have to order something and let me do my job but...sure."

"I'll have tea then."

"What kind??"

"UUUUUUhhhhhhhh, tea??" She chuckled.

"I personally really like Yellow tea. Wanna try that??"

"Sure." I sit down at the counter while she makes my tea. She sets it down on the counter. "Thanks."

"Of course." She looked down at her hands.

"I'm sorry." We both speak at the same time.

"Wait, why are you apologizing??"

"Because I just randomly showed up at your house and then invaded your space by falling asleep."

"Pacifica, first of all, never apologize for coming to the shack."

"Really??"

"Yes. You deserve a safe space, and I'm happy to provide that for you." She smiles at that. "And second of all, we fell asleep innocently while watching movies. You don't have to worry about crossing a line or anything. If anyone did, it was me."

"What do you mean??"

"I was the one who wanted to watch one last movie even though we were both tired. I feel like I pressured you into staying."

"No no no, it wasn't like that. I know that if I really wanted to go, you would've walked me home, cause you're like, really sweet."

"Thanks. So are you." We look into each other's eyes and it feels like time stopped.

"Hey blondey!!" We turn to the man yelling at her. "I'm out of coffee."

"Sorry, be right there." She walks away and I swear I wanna punch that guy. I drink my tea and it's honestly amazing. She always has the best recommendations. I see her walk back over and she just looks so pretty. "I was thinking..."

"Yeah??"

"I wouldn't mind...if we...hung out again." She looks away, as to not make eye contact with me, which is good for me because I was blushing so much.

"Uh...yeah...me neither." She turned around and smiled. "What're you doing after work??"

"Damage control with my parents."

"Oh."

"But I'm off on the 3rd."

"The 3rd works. We'll figure out the details later."

"Yeah. Text me, okay?? For planning or just because."

"I will. See you later."

"See you later." I get up, pay for my tea and leave, feeling like I'm on cloud 9.
