Jean took charge, just like the leader she is. "Alright, we need to split up and find the last pieces for this actuator. Let's make this quick and thorough."

Venti nodded in agreement. "Jean and I will cover the eastern section," he suggested, his tone light, but focused. "We'll look for any clues about where the parts might be hidden."

Paimon fluttered up excitedly, tugging on Aether's sleeve. "We can check out the northern side! Who knows what we'll find hidden away in these ancient ruins?"

Aether nodded, a small smile playing on his lips as he looked at Paimon's eager expression. "Sounds like a plan. Let's see what we can dig up."

As the pairs formed, you found yourself standing next to Diluc. The sudden realization that you'd be teaming up with him sent a jolt of excitement through you. You'd admired Diluc for his strength and perhaps his looks as well, and the opportunity to work alongside him filled you with a sense of giddiness that you tried to keep under control.

Diluc caught your eye and gave a curt nod. "You and I will take the western section. Be thorough, these parts might be hidden well, and we can't afford to miss anything."

You nodded eagerly, trying to maintain a calm demeanor despite the rush of excitement. The tips of your ears went pink. "Got it. Let's get started."

As the group split up, you and the pyro user made your way toward the western side of the ruins. The ancient walls loomed high above, and the dim lighting created an atmosphere of mystery and anticipation. You couldn't help but sneak a glance at the red head now and then, impressed by how methodical and focused he was in his search. His presence was reassuring.

He noticed your glance and gave you a sideways look, a hint of amusement in his eyes. "Is something on your mind?"

You quickly looked away, feeling your cheeks warm. "N-No, just... it's nice to finally work together with you," you admitted, your voice quieter than usual. "You're really good at this kind of thing."

Diluc paused for a moment, considering your words. Then, a small, almost imperceptible smile tugged at the corner of his mouth. You suppressed a squeal.

"I appreciate the compliment," he said, his tone softer. "But it's important to stay focused. The abyss order might have hidden these parts well."

You nodded, mentally kicking yourself for getting distracted. Argh, how can I be so dumb! "Right, of course. Sorry, let's keep looking."

The two of you continued your search in focused silence, combing through the area for any sign of the missing part. The ancient carvings and fallen debris made it a bit challenging, but you were determined to prove useful and not let your partner down.

Partner... You chuckled.

After a while, you spotted something glinting faintly under a pile of rubble. Heart pounding with excitement, you bent down, carefully brushing away the dust and debris to reveal a small, intricately carved piece of the actuator. "I found it!" you called out, holding it up triumphantly. The intricate patterns on the piece caught the faint light, making it gleam with a sense of ancient power.
