The rain, not the same

Rain in childhood brought joy and excitement,
Now, it doesn't feel the same.
Rain amidst sunrays, the seven colors of joy have gone somewhere.
Where are those days of spring when birds used to chirp?
The vibrant colors of nature are gone somewhere.

The sky looks depressed now,
The birds, the clouds, the wind-they're all separated.
Now, the rain feels like the tears of our hearts,
Expressing the desolation in our lives.
Amidst the busy schedules, all have forgotten what life truly is.
