Kerrigan, Kathryn and Janet were sitting in Janet's room, laughing and looking at old family stuff. Kerrigan held a picture of their family and was looking at it quite intently.

"We remember now. How much we love them."

"They would not want us to live in the Palace now that we have found each other." Janet looked in a basket and picked up a drawing.

"Oh, look. It's the drawing you gave me. Remember?"

Kathryn laughed. "Yes. Olga made so mad! She said it looked like a pig riding a donkey."

Kerrigan giggled. "She was right." She mumbled.

Kathryn playfully shoved her shoulder with herd. Janet grabbed both girls hands and pulled them up.

"In your laughter, once again I hear my daughter, Anzhelina, your mother." Janet opened a case to reveal a beautiful glittering crown.

Kerrigan gasped as she put it on her head. "And you have her beauty, but you Kerrigan, a the older sister you are the heir to the throne. And in your eyes I see your father, Charles, and the great leader he was. Czar of all Russia."

Kerrigan turned to Kathryn then turned to face the mirror, and she smiled at her reflection. Kathryn came up next to her and held her hand. This was everything she had ever wanted.

The next day

Kerrigan and Kathryn stood in front of two maids. They both had just been fitted for beautiful ball gowns, Kerrigan wore a pink and gold ball gown with a blue sash, and Kathryn wore a lilac and silver ball gown with a red sash. They looked like a real princesses. Kerrigan couldn't help the smile that spread across her lips.

"You look beautiful Kat..."

Kathryn smiled up at Kerrigan.

"So do you Ker..."

Up in Janet's office, Varian and Hiro stood in front of her. They both bowed to her.

"You sent for us, Your Grace?"

Janet gestured to a suitcase full of money. "Ten million rubles, as promised, with my gratitude."

"We accept your gratitude your Highness. But we don't want the money." Varian confessed.

"What do you want then?" Janet asked.

"Fortunately for you, nothing you can give..." Hiro spoke, there was a bit of heart break in his eyes.

Varian didn't say anything, but Janet didn't need him to. "You were the boys, weren't you...? The servant boy's who helped us escape..."

She came closer to them.

"You saved their lives. And mine. And you brought them back to me, yet you want no reward."

"Not anymore..."

Varian finally spoke

"Why the change of mind?"

"It was more a change of heart." Both boys said in unison.

"We must be going." They bowed to her and exited the room.
