~Golden Hour {JVKE}~
A soft mewing caused you to stir from your sleep. Opening your eyes, you finally sit up awake. Your room was flooded with the morning sunlight and right in your lap was Creme. Giving him a nice scratch behind his ear and a kiss on the head in thanks. Only a few seconds later your alarm goes off. Getting out of bed you put on your school uniform and grab your bag you had packed the night before. Downstairs you're greeted by Mezo who was relaxing at the kitchen table with a cup of tea, already dressed in his uniform. Your Otosan was busy making a large breakfast. Placing it down he encourages you both to dig in, taking his own portion to eat as well. There was rice, some sashimi, miso soup, eggs and toast.
Finishing that fulfilling breakfast you go upstairs to finish your morning routine and put your hair up in it's half up half down style you usually did. Once downstairs you put on your shoes and double check you have everything. All three of you head to UA together. Since you were heading there earlier than the exam, Nezu had given Aizawa permission to allow you to hang in the teachers lounge.
While you were in the lounge Kan and Anan made sure to come say hi. Both gave you some snacks and an extra water bottle. Eventually it was time to go wait with the rest of the exam participants.

The first part of the exam was the written portion. You were guided to a big room and everyone was sat at a desk with a packet. There were teachers patrolling the room for students that finished before the given time frame, students that needed help, or for cheaters. You were all told to start and given 2 hours.
You were a fairly fast test taker. You refused to look over your answers and only checked if you accidentally skipped any, after all you didn't want to accidentally rethink your answers only to get it wrong. Ectoplasm took your test when you finished at about an hour in. You were then led to the auditorium where you were given an exam ticket. On it was your school information, examinee number and a test location. You were guided to your school's section to sit and wait. Mezo joined you a bit after you got settled.
Soon enough the room was filled and Present Mic walked up to the stage. You felt kind of bad when you watched him try to rile up the students or just get some sort of reaction from them but it was all fruitless. He started to explain the exam. There were 7 different test locations in fake cities, they split students from the same schools to different sites. You were located in D while Mezo got C. Moving onto the robots there were 0-3 pointers. During his explanation some uptight kid decided to ask a question that was most likely gonna be answered, you kind of tuned him out the moment he started speaking. Eventually everyone was split off to their sections changing rooms before being herded off onto buses to their exam site.

Everyone on the bus was dressed in comfortable training wear. You wore simple dark purple tracksuit bottoms, a black tank top and your matching tracksuit jacket was tied around your waist. During the bus ride you took your time to put on your special training gloves that had a velcro adjustable wrist and elbow straps to keep it tight yet comfortably on your arm. The gloves were black with purple stripe details that went up to your elbows with thicker protective padding on the back of the fingers, knuckles, wrist and parts of your forearm. They were a bit hard to put on by yourself, this led to the guy next you offering to help and then strike up a conversation. You were a bit weary of him but he seemed nice.
The boy had shoulder length black hair and sharp facial features. You could easily guess his quirk had to do with the cylinder shaped elbow mutation he had. Both of you seemed to bond over making disappointed reactions to the overly cocky bastards sitting at the back of the bus. These kids were loud and had nothing good to say about anyone but themselves. You wouldn't be surprised if they ended up getting kicked or disqualified from the exam with how rowdy and competitive they were. They talked about one upping and beating each other up if they tried to steal points. You now wished you could purge them from the exam like your Otosan does in his classes.
