"Pangga!"
Sasa ran towards her wife and hugged her.
"I told you to wait for me nalang sa labas. Buti hindi ka naligaw." Lens laughs as she wraps her arms in Sasa's waist.
"Buti nga nakita kita agad, maliit ka pa naman," Sasa joked that made Lens pinched her side. "Aray!"
"Tara na nga. Buti nalang na-miss kita."
They're now walking at the seaside, holding each other's hands. One of their favorite things to do together. The wind is strong and cold but somehow.. Lens couldn't feel them.
"Baka sanay ka na." Sasa laughed. "Mas malamig ka na ata sa hangin, 'Ga."
They sat down at the seashore, still holding each other's hands. Sunsets.. Sasa's favorite thing to watch. Lens wrapped around her jacket in her wife's shoulder as the wind blew.
Sasa leans her head in her wife's shoulder while watching the sun goes down.
"Sunsets are really beautiful, 'no?" Lens smiled, making her dimples visible.
"Yeah.." Sasa holds Lens' hand tightly.
"I wish we could stay like this forever, Sa."
"'Ga?"
"Yes, my Sasa?"
"Do you still love me?"
Lens let out a chuckle. "Siyempre, mahal na mahal."
"It's been 4 years, Lens."
"Huh? What four years?"
"Let me go.. pakawalan mo na 'ko."
"Ano bang sinasabi mo, Sa? Anong pakawalan?"
"Let go of me, Pangga. Matagal na 'kong wala."
The wind started to get stronger and colder. Lens was about to answer when she noticed that Sasa was not beside her anymore. It's only the jacket she gave her wife earlier.
Suddenly, everything went black.
2 DAYS AFTER..
"I miss you, Sa."
Lens started to sob in front of Sasa's –her wife's– grave. It's been four years since the incident happened, It's been four years since Sasa died.
"I dreamt about you, Sa," Tears streaming down on Lens' face. "I still love you, alam mo ba 'yon? Alam kong magagalit ka saakin because I still blame myself for what happened pero.. masakit pa rin kasi hanggang ngayon, Sa."
She took a deep sigh. "Uwi ka na, Sa. Miss na miss na kita. Miss na miss ka na ni Sia. Iniisip kong babalik ka pa saakin kaya hindi ko sinusubukang magmahal ulit. Ikaw pa rin hanggang ngayon, 'Sa. Umuwi ka na saatin, please.."
She soon heard a vehicle stopped behind her.
"Mama!"
A six year old girl ran towards Lens and hugged her legs. She immediately wipes her tears on her face so her daughter –their daughter– wouldn't see that her Mama was crying.
"I'm sure na hindi masaya si Ate Sasa na makita ang asawa niyang umiiyak." Pianna said, standing beside Lens. "Stop crying na Ate Lens, alam kong nasa tabi lang natin si Ate Sasa ngayon."
Lens smiled. "Thank you for bringing Sia, I'm sure she misses her mommy so much."
