"Up where the mountains meet the heavens above!"
The crowd roars as Violet is lifted up and settled perfectly on Rowan's shoulder. He spins her, which makes her smile even brighter than before.
"Out where the lightning splits the sea!"
She leans back, Rowan holding on to her legs tightly as she is flipped on his back, herself facing the crowd.
"I would swear that there's someone, somewhere, watching me!"
He drops her, the rest of the group surrounding them and continues their dance together.
"Through the wind and the chill and the rain! And the storm and the flood!"
Violet makes sure to hit the notes loudly and proudly. She sees everyone she invited in the crowd and her friends smiling brightly at her. Her confidence goes through the roof at that and she points towards the audience to acknowledge them.
"I can feel his approach like a fire in my blood!"
The group splits again all across the stage, repeating her last line. Violet looks over to the audience, smirking proudly as she flips her hair and points out towards them again, which makes the audience get loud. She spins a few times, joining other groups for a moment to smile at them and throw them a thumbs up. They smiled back, and she walked over to the center again.
"I need a hero! I'm holdin' out for hero till the morning light!"
This verse was used to focus more on the other members of the group, each one taking a turn to step in front of Violet and strike a pose, which the crowd reacts very positively to.
"Hero!"
"And he's gotta be strong, and he's gotta be fast and he's gotta be fresh from the fight!"
The group finally surrounds Violet, standing behind her, kneeling, or crouching so they are all featured. She raises her fist to her chest and then thrusts it in the air.
"I need a hero!"
The audience grows extremely loud, clapping their hands and shouting. Violet smiles brightly at the audience, not breaking the pose as some of her group members ran off stage.
"Yes, Violet!" Camilla shouted, clapping excitedly and giggling. The majority of the band surrounded her, along with Violet's mom and sister, and the Petrackis. They all were very excited and loved what they were seeing already.
"So this is how an energetic crowd feels!" Ben comments. The group around him laughs and the crowd slows their clapping.
Beth and Victor are also in the audience, sitting next to each other and surrounded by the band. Beth was smiling brightly, and Victor was too, but his face showed how impressed he was. He was trying to hide his admiration for Violet while watching, but everyone around him could tell that he wasn't doing a good job. It was like his aura brightened around him.
When the lights dimmed on the stage, Violet finally dropped the pose and moved to her next spot. The next song they were doing is called "Greedy," a song that Violet recommended that is based off of one of her favorite games. She did a very fast quick change into a full crisp black suit and a bold red tie, and stepped into stage center. Who surrounded her was Rebecca and Lucy. They were the female backup voices in the song, who were dressed up as flappers, while Violet played the devil. She clipped on some horns securely into her hair and got into position as the announcer was talking.
"Now for their next song, the group will pick up the speed and fire up the dance moves! Now, just be careful not to make a deal with the devil, ladies and gentlemen."
