Category: The category you are entering.
Mature: If your story is considered mature per Wattpad's content guidelines, please answer "yes." If not, please answer "no."
Content Warnings: If your story is rated mature, please include the reasons here. If your story is not mature, but it includes potentially triggering material, please include that information here as well.
Password: You can find the password in the rules. Forms with incorrect passwords will not be considered.
Payment Completed: If you've completed the payments listed in the "Rules" chapter, please answer "yes." There are at least four items that are required, so please make sure they are completed prior to submitting this form! Your form will not be accepted if we find that the payment is not completed.
Followed Judge/Read Story: Please include if you've followed your judge or read your judge's preferred story. If you chose the latter, please specify which narrative chapter(s) you read. Your form will not be accepted if we find that the payment is not completed. For categories with two judges, payment must be made to both judges.
