The Maya lore is always intriguing to read. You set up the world around her with utmost care which did shine through the story. The nuances were authentic and the suspense was great. Often writing a story with such vaste tradition, suspense which overlaps and blends with genre is hard. But undoubtedly you are pro at that. Congratulations!

Aria and Sky are such adorable people, I almost though Aria would be sacrificing herself, but Sky came as a shock. A GOOD ONE.
Also, I would love to see more of them, I am starved. Also, Al and Jack need more flesh to them. I would love to know them.
