This is the sequel to The Sehgal Sisters. So in order to understand the story, you have to read the first part as the story continues from there and the characters will be repeated here too...
Agastya was sitting in his room silently, the next day it will be the third day and he was supposed to bring Meher at night. They didn't have any conversation so far, moreover, he had seen that Manvi had uploaded her and Meher's pictures in her social handle, and Meher was looking quite carefree in those pics.
"Main kiyu disturb karu maharani ko jab usey na koi fikar hain aur na hi Mumma ki koi fikar hain. Nidaya ne bhi call kar karke Mumma ka haal puccha, aur voh? Ekbar bhi Mumma ki yaad nahi aayi usey?"he thought when Rishabh pulled Shreyas along and stood at the door.
"Mujhe kiyu le aaya tu?"he asked and Rishabh said,"kiyuki serious bakwaas sirf tum hi kar saktey ho. Merese nahi hota hain."
"Kya matlab main serious bakwaas karta hoon? In fact, kya matlab main bakwaas karta hoon? I always talk sensible."
"That's what you have to do now. Talk to Agastya and make him believe that you too trust Meher."
"Why would I do that?"Shreyas asked getting confused and Rishabh said with a frown,"offh! Shruti Bhabi ke bagair tera dimag ka d bhi nahi chalta hain. Arey hum sab milkey usko yakeen dilayenge ki Meher ko ek aur chance milni chahiye toh hi voh laaney jayega usey. Tu nahi jaanta kya ki yeh kitna ziddi hain? Akhirkar humare Bhai ka nasal hain."
"Okay fine, but you'll start."
"I will end."
"No!"
"Yes!"
"Arey Shrey Dad, Rishu Chachu, aap dono yaha?"Agastya said startling them and they came in while Shreyas said,"haan, mausam kitna suhana hain na aaj?"
Rishabh frowned while saying,"par tera chehera utra huya kiyu hain? Acchaaa! Biwi ghar pe nahi hain isiliye na? Kal hi toh lene jaayega. Khush ho jaa."
Agastya looked away saying,"aap dono aisey kiyu behave kar rahe ho jaisey ki kuch huya hi na ho?"
"Kiyuki Preet wants you to give Meher another chance. I mean...we all want that,"Shreyas said.
"Shrey Dad voh..."
"I know she has been careless thrice, but give her one last chance baccha. Uska bhi toh soch. Sab kuch naya hain uskey liye. She isn't habituated like Nidaya na?"Rishabh said.
"Aur shuru shuru mein na aisa hota hain. Shaadi shuru se perfect ho aisa nahi hain. You have to make it perfect,"Shreyas said.
"But I want her to apologise to Mumma first, tabhi main le aaunga usey,"Agastya said stubbornly.
"Arey tere Mumma ne already maaf kardiya hain usey,"Rishabh said.
"Voh isliye kiyuki Mumma ka dil bohot bada hain."
"Toh tu dil chhota matt kar,"Shreyas said.
"Kehena ka matlab yeh hain ki tu bhi ek chance deh deh usey. Aur beta, laaya toh tu hi tha na usey shaadi karke? Abb tu hi beech mein haath chhor dega toh kaisey chalega?"Rishabh said and Agastya looked on thoughtfully.
