Quahog
A blonde young teen walked up briskly to one of the many houses that lined the neighborhood, an eager smile on her face, as she felt a pepper of excitement for what the day entailed. She gave the door a few knocks before she stepped back and gave her hair a good brush, just to make sure she looked nice.
"Hey, Carol." A similar-aged teen answered as he stood in the now-opened doorway. He had black hair with a blue stripe down the middle, wore a black winter jacket over a blue hoodie with black pants and shoes. "You, uh, look really great." Dillon said with a light blush, a hand lifted to scratch his head.
"Hehe, thanks." Carol responded, her cheeks warmed up at the comment. Her hair was split into two large curls, over her shoulders. Her outfit was a white luxurious autumn coat that covered a pastel green sundress with frills that peeked out from the bottom, almost at level with her knee-length white boots.
"So... where're we heading?"
"Well, I already have us booked for lunch at a restaurant back where my sector is, but that's not until later. So, I figured we could do some wandering nearby, since most of the rebuilding's been done." Carol smiled at her idea. "Plus, it'll help work up a good appetite!"
"Yeah, that sounds fine." Dillon nodded casually. "But, when you wanted to take the lead on this one, I expected something kinda grand, like going off-world or something, since this is a first date and all. Plus, isn't it already a place you regularly visit, anyway?"
"True, but with what's happened recently, I figured something closer to home would be better. Or at least, something not too far away, but it'll be like a new experience for you!"
"Well, thanks for thinking about me." Dillon tucked his hands into his pockets. "It's been a lot rougher than I thought it'd be the past few days, what with some stuff that... needed packing. So really, thanks."
"Sure, whenever you feel like it!" Carol smiled warmly at him.
Poshley Heights
As they arrived in the lavish town, much like what Carol had said, the place had cleaned up nicely, in spite of the damage it had taken from recent events. If anything, it seemed like they had taken the chance to do some extra redecorating and installation of newer buildings. No doubt, if things were to be rebuilt, then may as well throw in some extra entertainment for the wealthy residences.
"Alrighty, now that we're here, where to?" Dillon turned to the blonde.
"Well, we have a few hours before lunch, so why not go to some boutiques that opened up?" Carol suggested as she half dragged him over to one of the nearby shops.
"Uh, sure?" Dillon quickly kept pace beside her, so as not to be left dangling by her pull. "I hope you're not using me to hold bags. Or using Mario either."
