In the room, her green dupatta with golden work was lying on the bed, half of which was lying on the floor, next to it on the bed were her hand garlands and earrings too. Alina looked at her hand on which mehandi was applied, the color of mehandi was very dark and Ryan's name was also visible in dark color, a funny smile came on her face and there was a strange pain in her eyes, now she did not trust her luck.
She was just going according to her fate but she couldn’t see any destination. She took a night dress from the wardrobe and went to change.
And here Rayan was feeling happy thinking about his future life.
Next day when Rabia came to Alina's house, Alina was sitting in her room with a novel. She was reading the novel to divert her attention from all the things going on in her mind.
"Alina.., what is this? Today is your 'Haldi' ceremony and you are busy reading this novel", Rabia came calling her from outside.
"So what should I do?" Alina looked at her and then got busy with her novel.
" Ye bhi main batau, tum dulhan ho ye toh tumhe pata hona chahiye na , mujhe toh lag raha hai main hi begani shaadi mein Abdullah bani hui hoon", She stood in front of her with her hands on her waist.
"Chalo mere sath" When Alina did not respond, Rabiya took the novel from her hand and kept it aside, then holding her hand, she started pulling her and taking her along with her.
" Kya? ....lekin kaha?"
" Uffff, tension mat lo, main koi tumhari sirfiri aashiq nahi hoon jo tumhe bhagakar le jaungi " Rabiya made her stand near the wardrobe, then opened the wardrobe and took out two Abayas (Burqas) from it, gave one to Alina and took one for herself, asked her to wear it and started wearing it herself.
" Ye kyun pehnana hain? ....ek minute.... Kahi bahar jaane ka plan nahi hain na tumhara? "She asked, narrowing her eyes.
" Haan meri jaan, ab mehandi lagi hui dulhan ko aise hi bahar lekar toh nahi ja sakti na isiliye ab ye abaya pahno jaldi se"
"And who will allow us to go out?"
"Who needs permission, all you need is a helper and I will make arrangements for that as well", listening to her words Alina shook her head in denial and then started wearing the abaya because she knew that Rabia always gets her way, until Rabia made a phone call.
"Hello, Asad where are you...ok do one thing for me my brother...I and Alina are going out so if someone asks about us then please take care of the matter....please my brother do this one thing for your sisters....ok thank you so much" she cut the call and gave a victorious smile to Alina.
"The work is done", Alina was looking at her, holding the mask in her hand. After she finished speaking, both of them quickly wore their masks and came out of the room without making any noise.
Both of them were moving very cautiously towards the back door, because if they went through the front door, they would have encountered many people.
"Wait, you both...." Both of them were shocked and stopped there. It was Alina's aunt who was looking at them with questioning eyes. Both of them turned towards them. Thankfully, they had masks on their faces.
"We both are friends of Alina. We had come to meet her", Rabiya quickly composed herself and said in a low voice, then Alina also quickly nodded her head in affirmative. Alina was avoiding her gaze with the thought that she might recognize her.
"Oh, then why are you leaving in such a hurry? Complete the haldi ceremony and then go" Aunty said smilingly.
"No aunty, we will come back at the time of haldi ceremony, we are leaving as it is getting late, we have to finish one thing." After completing her statement, Rabia held Alina's hand and left from there without listening to her aunt.
Coming to the back lawn both of them heaved a sigh of relief. "Now let's go from here quickly otherwise we will find someone else" said Alina looking around. Then both of them went out from the other gate where there was no one. A car was parked just outside the gate which belonged to Rabia.
"You have come with a complete plan", Alina looked at the car in surprise and then said while looking at her.
" Rabiya Shah never works with an incomplete plan", she said in her own style and Alina smiled heartily. Then both of them quickly got into the car and Rabiya drove the car forward.
