Birthday kiss

Isabella's POV

"Shall we eat together?" Kylian suggests after the ceremony. Everyone nods in agreement and we agree to change in the hotel and then go to a restaurant where Max knows the boss. "I'll arrange a table for 7" he says with a laugh.

We walk back to the hotel and when Jude and I enter the room I close the door softly.
He sits down on the couch and I sit on the edge of the bed. "Can we talk about all the media?" I ask softly.
I see Jude look up and he says "You fuck Lando, I fuck Nina. Good deal right?"
I look at him in surprise. This guy only acts nice when there are others around. He is as fickle as can be and now I want to bring up a subject he says this.
"Jude fuck off. I have not kissed or fucked him."
"Not this weekend no." I look at him knowing that he has listened to the entire conversation with Kylian on the balcony. I let out a deep sigh "No, not this weekend, no."
"Be honest. Is this contractual shit getting in the way of your love life? Because I'd rather stop now too."
I shake my head in surprise, get up and want to walk to the bathroom when I hear Jude say behind me "Can't even handle a conversation."
I turn around angrily and walk to Jude "You really have no idea, do you. That you fuck everyone without any emotion. I do have it. I've slept with two boys in my life, Lando is one of them. And yes, it may be someone who isn't good for me, but he is the one I shared a bed with. I wanted to introduce you to everyone on the boat this weekend, but you were in your own bed fucking someone while I tried to control myself here. You're only concerned with yourself Jude and then making me feel like shit, every time. I'm done with it." I turn around, walk to the bathroom "I'll get changed and then we'll go. I'll sleep on the couch again tonight." I close the door behind me as the first tear starts to fall down my cheek. I never tell anyone about my sexual past and with how many guys, only Sem knows that.

After showering I walk out of the bathroom dressed when I see Jude sitting in the corner. I grab my bag and want to leave the hotel room when I hear Jude standing up behind me "Isa, I'm sorry."
I stop, turn around and then say "With what?"
"The fact that you were counting on me, I wasn't there and I was home."
"To fuck someone else."
"I didn't fuck this weekend" he says with a sigh. I look at him in disbelief. "That's right, Nina was with me, but I sent her away again. We agreed not to do anything for a while, right?"
I look at him doubtfully "Why didn't you say that earlier?" I say softly.
He walks towards me when he stops a meter in front of me "Because I assumed you had slept with that Lando."
"Well I didn't do that" I say with a sigh.
"I know that now." Jude scratches his hand behind his neck when someone knocks on the hotel room door. I sigh deeply again as I open the door "Almost your birthday!" Max yells.

We walk into the restaurant when I am attacked by a confetti cannon. "Surprise" Sem, Kate and Maya shout at the same time, causing my eyes to widen.
"Oh my god" I feel water in my eyes as I ask the girls how they got here. Kate and Sem simultaneously point to Jude, who is standing shyly with his hands in his pockets. I walk over to him and give him a hug. "Thank you" I say softly.

We enjoy a delicious dinner in a way too fancy restaurant that Max arranged. Kelly, Max's girlfriend, has also joined us and is happily chatting with the girls.
Jude is sitting across from me next to my brothers. I see them laughing all the time. My brothers are really fans of them. I start laughing to myself when I am interrupted from my thoughts.
"They are running away with him" says Sem laughing. I look at her and nod laughing.
"If they hear how it really is, he will really be the one in trouble." Sem starts laughing, puts an arm around me and then says "Almost my little bee's birthday."

I look ahead again and see Jude laughing at me. "Enjoying?" I say laughing as I nod to my brothers to which Jude nods laughingly.
He takes his phone and points it at me to which I start to feel uncomfortable. "Be yourself darling, you are very pretty" he says with a wink. I hear Kate and Maya say "Aawh" after which I start laughing. I pose for Jude's photo.
