"Hiya, Ashy! How have you been, dude? I miss my bestfriend." Before I could answer, I noticed Austin sigh lightly, and turn the corner to go to the studio. I shook my head and brushed it off. "I'd be better if he'd realize how I feel about him, Alan. I leave him hints all the time." I frowned. "Just give him time, Ashlen. And if he doesn't feel the same, there are so many fish out there. Besides, he'd be crazy not to love you. Who wouldn't love a weirdo like you?" He laughed and I did so, too. "Come on. Practice is starting." He patted my shoulder and gently smiled. I nodded and followed him down to the studio.

As we walked into the studio, I greeted the rest of the band. I didn't really ever talk to them, mainly because they didn't really make time to talk. I looked over to Austin, who was doing his voice warm-ups, and walked towards him. When he saw I was headed towards him, he started smiling. 'God that smile is amazing.' I always find myself smiling at him, no matter what was going on. His presence was enough to cheer me up.

"Hey, Aus. Are you okay? I couldn't help but notice that you seemed mad earlier." I looked at him concerned. "Yes. Well, I-I think I am. I'm just tired I guess." He walked away, leaving me standing there looking like an idiot. Maybe he's really just tired and doesn't wanna talk. I shrugged my shoulders and went to the couch to sit while the guys were doing their thing.

After they got done, everyone was leaving. Since Austin rode with me, we left at the same time, together. It was awkward silence until Austin finally talked to me. "Ashy, why do you have two duffle bags in your car and why are they filled with your things?" I didn't look at him. I just kept driving, trying not to cry or do anything. "Ashlen Turner, what the fuck is going on? Pull the car over now!" Still trying not to do anything but drive, I pulled over afraid that he'd keep yelling.
