Beach Time Moment

At Night Sonic came back from the movies. He looked to see Knuckles laying on the bed from the after glow.

Sonic with a sarcastic tone said, "Nice of you ditch me while I waiting for you to come back."

Knuckles frowns 'looking at him' and replied, "Well sorry. I kinda forgotten you were there."

Sonic was a little hurt and thought, "Something tells me I just entered a toxic relationship."

Sonic then asked shyly, "Is there any room for me on that bed?"

Knuckles answered flatly, "No you're sleeping on the couch."

Sonic frowned and went over to the couch and wished Knuckles good night but Knuckles ignored him.

(The next day)

The red echidna was sitting by himself while everyone else was playing at the beach.

Amy, Blaze, and Cream were splashing each other like crazy, Tails was on the beach building a sand castle.

Silver and Shadow were 'hanging out' together while laying next to each other.

Knuckles was lying on a beach blanket with his swim trunks.

He looked at Julie-Su with a sexy maroon bikini bathing suit walking passed him.

Knuckles smirked at her but frowned when he sees Sonic coming towards him while shouting his name.

Knuckles asked as he sighed, "What now? Can't you see I'm relaxing?"

Sonic asked nervously, "Could you go in the water with me? I'm a little nervous."

Knuckles replied while looking at Julie-Su, "Well not my problem. Go away."

Sonic asked, "Come on Babe please??"

Knuckles answered strictly, "Do it yourself and don't call me babe!"

Sonic pouted and said, "Ya know for someone who asked me out you ain't very nice to me. I'm opening my heart and you keep on and on hurting it."

Knuckles replied, "Well I don't care."

Rika 'seeing this' said as she grabbed her arranged-fiance and best bud by the arm, "Hey. Quit being a jerk."

She turns to Sonic and said, "Come on Sonic let's go to the water park. I promise the pool will only be up to your chest and we can also have some ice cream and soda. Grey-Sky's already gone ahead."

The two walked off as Sonic said, "Oh okay. Guess it's best to hang with my arranged bride."

The two continued to walk off as Sonic asked, "Do you ever get a feeling that he's a bit, you know cold towards me?"

Rika answered, "Nah. He's just being a tsudere. He's not much different when you both are friends."

Sonic smiled and replied as they were almost to the water park, "You maybe right Ri. I'm probably just being dramatic right now."
